L'accès au centre de tennis WaterColor et au club de remise en forme est disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires à la porte.

Mise à jour sur l'expansion de WaterColor - Le WaterColor Beach Club s'agrandira pour offrir deux piscines supplémentaires, un restaurant avec des sièges à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, un espace bar et bien plus encore. Pendant le processus de construction, l'accès à la plage, aux chaises de location, au service de serviettes et aux options de restauration et de toilettes restera disponible.

Veuillez noter: À compter du 15 mars 2014, la location de voiturettes de golf dans WaterColor doit être effectuée par l'intermédiaire de The Electric Cart Company et sera limitée à 45 véhicules dans la communauté à tout moment. Un seul chariot peut être loué par maison et les locations seront accordées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.

Amazing property

We loved this home. Everything from the floor plan to the thoughtful bells and whistles (hello second fridge and ice machine near the pool and kitchen)! It was perfect for our family - children range in age from 3-23 and we all thoroughly enjoyed the interior and outside spaces.

Great Spring Break!

Fantastic home for two families (total of 11 people) to stay for spring break! Lacked nothing! Great location. Property management company was VERY responsive to a couple questions. Super easy checkout as well....which is always a plus!

Perfect Spring Break home for two families

Our group of 4 adults and 7 kids (ages 4-12) had a very fun Spring Break stay. The house had great space for all of us and we loved that it was walkable to Camp Watercolor. The pool at the house was a nice size (we were glad we paid the extra to have it heated!), the kitchen was well stocked and very organized, and the outdoor space was great for hanging. I contacted maintenance for a couple small issues and they had someone to the house in less than an hour both times. We would absolutely stay here again.

Another Great Watercolor Trip!

We absolutely love Watercolor, and had another amazing time. The home is perfect for families, the pool, golf cart and location are ideal! Sanders was great to work with as well. Only issue we had was with showers - water would go from hot to cold and back again the whole time. We also wish there were pool towels at the home. Other than those, amazing place!

An ideal stay

It was a perfect location. The property managers started texting me and emailing me about a week or so out, so everything was perfect when we got there. The suite of rooms on the 3rd floor is excellent b/c we had 7 teenagers w/ us and they could all stay up there and we didn’t have to see their messes!! I just got home and am probably getting ready to get it booked for next year after I talk the rest of my party.

Perfect Spot

We loved the tucked away location on a quiet street with foliage that helped insure our privacy as we enjoyed the outdoor spaces…a perfect spot for our family.

Homeschool Getaway

A friend and I escaped chilly Wisconsin with our kids to homeschool in Water Color during the pandemic... and we had the best time! House was great for families, heated pool was incredible - our kids swam everyday (even with temps in the 50s). Town is so picturesque - we can’t wait to go back!

Bachelorette Paradise Party

This house was AMAZING!!! We had the best time celebrating my bachelorette party. We had 8 30+ year olds staying in the house, and it was perfect. The interior was beautifully decorated, and was the best space for a COVID friendly bachelorette! The only improvement would be having pool chairs available. The ones in the pictures of the house were not laid out/available for our use. Management was super responsive. I messaged them early one more for more pillows, and they had extras brought over by that afternoon!! Several of the girls and I have already discussed another group trip and staying in this same house - Couldn't recommend it more!

Very nice house and great location

Beautiful place and loved the location. Only thing I wish was that there was a bathtub in each room of the house. We came with 6 children ages 5 and under and was difficult with one bathtub. But overall great place!

perfect family getaway home

we will never forget the few days our family spent in this beautiful home. Everything was well stocked and beautiful, comfortable and inviting. Short ride to the the beach. Our kids loved the pool more than I can say! We hope to come back again soon.

The house has beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings and bedding, fully stocked kitchen! The outside pool is lovey with plenty of seating in the porches! We loved having the bikes and golf cart!
