Situé dans sûr et calme colline Crescent à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, des parcs et plus. 2 lits 1 salle de bain avec super taille laveuse et sécheuse, belle cuisine de taille, salle à manger et salon. Grill extérieur, 43 "4k TV.
'Le B' comme nous l'appelons à cause du nom de la rue il se trouve est dans un excellent quartier. Il est sûr et calme. Le quartier a de grands arbres, est idéal pour se promener, des restaurants locaux à proximité, les parcs, les pistes cyclables et plus.

Nous sommes un saut sauter et un saut de la plupart des autoroutes et avoir accès grand 'route du retour »à travers les quartiers de sorte que vous pouvez obtenir partout dans la ville rapidement, même s'il y a du trafic aussi.

L'aéroport est à 15 minutes et le centre-ville est 5.

Restaurants, boutiques de café / thé / crème glacée / desserts sont tous à une courte distance de marche et sont mélangés avec les magasins locaux.
Il y a aussi une bonne vie de nuit pour ceux qui veulent rester un peu plus tard.

'The B' as we call it because of the name of the street it is located is in a great neighborhood. It's safe and quiet. The neighborhood has great trees, is great for walking, close local restaurants, parks, bike trails and more. We are a hop skip and a jump from most expressways and also have great 'back road' access through the neighborhoods so you can get anywhere in the city quickly even if there is traffic. The airport is 15 minutes away and downtown is 5. Restaurants, coffee/tea/ice cream/dessert shops are all within a short walk and are mixed in with local shops. There is also a good night life for those that want to stay out a little later. We enjoy the living in the neighborhood and you'll love your stay. The guest will have access to everything. We have complimentary coffee and tea. We have made some basic sundries available at cost... Bottled water, sodas, chips, popcorn, etc...

First of all, Chris was a fantastic host- very responsive and available for our needs. The apartment was perfect for us and in a great neighborhood (clean, safe, attractive). We walked to Eggs Over Frankfort for breakfast (highly recommend). There were other walkable shops and places to eat as well. Other restaurants we tried were Mojitos Cuban food and Hammerheads- both fantastic. We were only in town for two nights to visit my son but were able to squeeze in some great stuff- the Churchill Downs tour and museum, a distillery tour at Angel’s Envy Bourbon Distillery, visited Old Louisville, and walked along the riverfront in the evening when it was all lit up. Louisville was lovely and I can’t recommend this apartment enough! If I come back to Louisville, I’ll definitely stay here again!!

To be fair, my husband never stayed and did not access the inside of the property. However, there were multiple indications of construction on site. Tools, boxes, missing panels from the greenhouse, a railroad tie across the front entryway so you could easily access the front walk without climbing over the rail tie. There was a small path to access the back porch for entry through that door. There was a makeshift railing on the porch, but there were so many packages and tools that it was extremely cramped to walk up the stairs. The patio furniture was all covered. There was a wheelbarrow with extremely tall plants in it, and even when my husband looked through the door, there were tools spread out across the table visible through the window. I attempted to get a refund and avoid a bad review as I understand how remodeling goes. Unfortunately, there was no forewarning or communication about this and the first indication was upon arrival. I was supposed to get a message with check-in information the day before check-in and received nothing. Around 5PM on Friday evening when my husband had already arrived at the location, I received the first message from the owner asking when we would be arriving. I messaged the owner back but after speaking with my husband messaged him again to let him know that my husband would not be staying. I sent him numerous pictures as proof and asked for a refund.

The location was perfect for our stay. The host was always available for any of our inquiries and great at giving suggestions of where to go and must do’s in Louisville. The rooms were clean and we had everything in the kitchen we needed. We had a 2nd floor apartment, so there are quite a few stairs to navigate, especially if you are older and have to carry up suitcases.
