Oaxaca is waiting for you at this lovely bungalow decorated with Frank Lloyd reproduction pieces . This second story, amazingly spacious 1-bedroom retreat has a living room with two walls of floor to ceiling windows overlooking spectacular gardens.

The property offers a solar-heated swimming pool, exercise room, WiFi, and AC for your convenience. Relax in the living room after a day of exploring. Experience what Oaxaca has to offer with a stay at our bungalows. Free shuttle to El Centro (or the downtown). Parking in our enclosed compound for guests with a car.

This is one of 5 bungalows within a walled compound. Your bungalow can sleep up to 4 people. It has a private bedroom with a queen size bed (sleeps 2) . With a sofa bed (1) in the living room, an additional twin can be added to the spacious area (1).

The bedroom has a sliding glass door to take you to your private terrace. With a privacy wall and a wall of beautiful climbing bougainvillea and other vines, the terrace is outfitted with furniture for you to rest, relax, and take in the sun. A giant umbrella provides ample shade for those wishing to relax and read.

The living room/dining kitchen areas is large and spacious. Two walls of floor to ceiling windows provide guests a spectacular view of the spacious gardens below. A variety of cacti and succulents fill the desert portion of the garden, and British style garden with hedges and flowering plants occupy the far gardens.

A second smaller patio is off the main door area, giving guests a place enjoy a morning coffee or the fresh air.

The bungalow has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.)
with a cook top, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, and a table for dining. The private bath has both bath and pool towels. Ample storage is throughout the bungalow for clothes, suitcases, etc.

Four other bungalows are on our property making it an ideal place for family or group reunions. Bungalows are spaced throughout the property to maximize privacy and permit guests to live in a multi-climate, garden environment with ample outdoor seating for relaxing.

The pool area is surrounded by a desert garden. The pool is solar heated for your comfort. Lounge chairs, umbrella, table and chairs, outdoor bathrooms and a shower make it a lovely place to read, relax and swim. The exercise room is conveniently located in the same area. The (unsupervised) exercise room has treadmill, elliptical, free weights, dumbbells, stability ball, yoga mats, bench, etc.

Our staff can wash and iron clothing for a small fee upon request.

Our location is just outside of Oaxaca City. We offer airport pick up and return, and shuttle service to El Centro or downtown. Free parking in our enclosed compound is available for guests who wish to rent a car.
