Clover Cottage: Charming 3-bedroom house in delightful Belmont
Escape to this lovely, charming Cape style 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Belmont. Large, peaceful property, off street parking, Wifi, and all the amenities of home. The space comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Convenient location:
Just a 2 mile drive away, enjoy picturesque Historic Belmont with its quaint Main Street, restaurants, bars, shops, and park. Wander the wonderful antique and specialty stores.
20 min. to Charlotte, 15 min. to the airport, 1.5 hours to Asheville. Belmont Abbey, Stow Botanical Garden, groceries and much more all nearby.
The Space:
Main Floor: The main floor includes the Kitchen, Dining Room, Family Room, Living Room, Laundry, Half Bath, and Primary King Bedroom with ensuite Full Bath.
The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic amenities including, but not limited to a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots/pans, etc.
The Laundry does include a washer and dryer in addition to a few detergent sheets and dryer sheets for your use during your stay.
The Family Room as well as all of the bedrooms have smart TV's for added comfort and convenience.
Upper Floor: The upstairs includes Two Queen Bedrooms, and a Full Bath.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire property with exception of the office, housekeeper closet, and the shed in the backyard. You also have access to lounge on the back patio, which includes a grill for your enjoyment.
Self-entry is provided via an electronic lock for quick and easy access.
Other things to note:
Clover is not available for parties and/or events. This is something we take very seriously and is not a policy to be ignored. You have the right for quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay and ask that you be respectful and mindful of neighbors as well. Only guests noted in the reservation are to be on property unless clearly approved prior. The base nightly rate is based on a party of 1-2 persons, additional guests are $25 per person/per night.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Parking is available in the driveway which easily fits 2 cars.
Clover is a non-smoking property, both inside and outside (this includes the back patio area).
Damages;
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
The Property Managers live down the road. They are available should they be needed. Please feel free to contact them should you need to. Their number is on the check in list on the backside of the laundry room door.
