Less than 4 mins to Ark Encounter, this charming 1930s gabled home features architectural arches, original 85+ years hardwood floors, Noah's Ark playroom, butterfly waystation, coffee bar, memory foam beds with feather duvets, full-size kitchen, self check-in, Hulu & Disney+, onsite parking, and walking distance to downtown Williamstown!



The Space:

Welcome to this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom gabled brick home, conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from Ark Encounter! Inside, you'll find original hardwood floors and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A separate dining room and cozy living room are perfect for entertaining.

Upstairs, a loft style living room and a "Noah's Ark" playroom offer additional relaxation spaces.

Outside, enjoy the landscaped front yard and a small backyard with a fire pit. Parking is convenient for up to three vehicles, and you can explore downtown Williamstown for shops and dining.



Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

This home is a sweet little vacation spot. It was comfortable, had room for us to spread out when we were ready to relax and plenty of room for us to gather and eat, watch a movie, and play games. It was a great space for two families to rent, so we could see local attractions and then come back and enjoy evenings together at the house. The decor was charming, the house had so much character and the host was quick to check on us, respond to anything we needed and ready to help if needed!

Molly, a layout that lets two families spread out and still come together for movies and games is exactly what made this work for your group. The character and charm of the space tend to make those shared evenings feel a little more memorable. Hoping the local attractions delivered, and that you will find a reason to gather here again.

The cottage was adorable! The location was fantastic. We walked to the downtown area several times & it’s only 5 minutes to the Ark. Check in was extremely easy & communication with the host was great. It was a cozy comfortable property!

A gem of a house!

The house is a gem for sure. Beautifully updated. Traveling with 10 people & 3 cars would have been a challenge normally, but this house gave us all that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice. Plenty of seating for the whole family in the dining room & living room. Super close to the Ark Encounter, traveling was not an issue. Very conveniently located near a great mexican food resturant too! We will gladly stay there again when in the area!

Cousins Weekend

4 cousins and their spouses planned this getaway to see the Ark and Creation Museum. We had never been to this part of Ky, so we chose to stay in Williamstown. 2 cousins were unable to make the journey due to living in Asheville & Spartanburg - Hurricane Helene. The ones of us that made the journey enjoyed the lodging very mush. It is a quaint place for a family of 4-12 to relax. It has all the essentials you need and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

The Charming Brick Cottage was a perfect location for our trip to the Ark Encounter. There was plenty of room for us in the dining room, and we were all able to sit comfortably in the living room and chat after dinner. The beds were comfortable. The showers were great, no waiting for hot water. We had very yummy burgers and fries at Hansie Flip Burgers in town, and equally yummy ice cream from the shop next door.😊 We had a question when we arrived and Jeremiah responded quickly. We would definitely stay again!
