This home is a sweet little vacation spot. It was comfortable, had room for us to spread out when we were ready to relax and plenty of room for us to gather and eat, watch a movie, and play games. It was a great space for two families to rent, so we could see local attractions and then come back and enjoy evenings together at the house. The decor was charming, the house had so much character and the host was quick to check on us, respond to anything we needed and ready to help if needed!

Molly, a layout that lets two families spread out and still come together for movies and games is exactly what made this work for your group. The character and charm of the space tend to make those shared evenings feel a little more memorable. Hoping the local attractions delivered, and that you will find a reason to gather here again.

The cottage was adorable! The location was fantastic. We walked to the downtown area several times & it’s only 5 minutes to the Ark. Check in was extremely easy & communication with the host was great. It was a cozy comfortable property!

The Iconic Besuden House was awesome! The circa 1850 home has an excellent blend of modern, classic and historic all in one beautiful location. The upper outdoor deck was a special touch and we all set out and enjoyed the nice weather. The Over-The-Rhine or OTR area and the Findlay Market were superb with good food for every taste. Washington Park just across road was a big hit with the grandkids! The 1867 John Roebling suspension bridge (Roebling also designed the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City) was a nice touch. Overall Cincinnati is the nicest and cleanest large metropolitan area I have had the pleasure to stay.If you haven’t been to Cincinnati you are missing out on a grand City!

Dean, an 1850 home with a deck made for lingering is a lovely combination, and it sounds like the nice weather made the most of it. Washington Park across the road winning over the grandkids, with Findlay Market and the Roebling bridge close by, is just what makes OTR such a good base. Come back for another round.

The house was just as described and the perfect stay for my family. We loved the proximity to the Ark, the quiet neighborhood, the cleanliness of the house, the playroom for the little kiddos, TVs in each bedroom for the big kids to spread out and relax in the evenings, two washers and two dryers (awesome!), communication with the host, and the coffee options (I’m super picky about the coffee I drink and the local roasted coffee they had was great!). There are not many spoons so you might want to grab a box of plastic utensils. Also, if you have littles and don’t want them using glasses for worry they might drop and break one, you might want to also pick up some disposable cups. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would love to return again!

A gem of a house!

The house is a gem for sure. Beautifully updated. Traveling with 10 people & 3 cars would have been a challenge normally, but this house gave us all that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice. Plenty of seating for the whole family in the dining room & living room. Super close to the Ark Encounter, traveling was not an issue. Very conveniently located near a great mexican food resturant too! We will gladly stay there again when in the area!

Cousins Weekend

4 cousins and their spouses planned this getaway to see the Ark and Creation Museum. We had never been to this part of Ky, so we chose to stay in Williamstown. 2 cousins were unable to make the journey due to living in Asheville & Spartanburg - Hurricane Helene. The ones of us that made the journey enjoyed the lodging very mush. It is a quaint place for a family of 4-12 to relax. It has all the essentials you need and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

The Charming Brick Cottage was a perfect location for our trip to the Ark Encounter. There was plenty of room for us in the dining room, and we were all able to sit comfortably in the living room and chat after dinner. The beds were comfortable. The showers were great, no waiting for hot water. We had very yummy burgers and fries at Hansie Flip Burgers in town, and equally yummy ice cream from the shop next door.😊 We had a question when we arrived and Jeremiah responded quickly. We would definitely stay again!
