This spacious home, sleeping up to 22 guests, offers six king bedrooms with private bathrooms, two fun bunk rooms, and two living areas—plenty of space for everyone to unwind without feeling cramped.

Pool:
Cypress’ pool is 25 feet long, 13.5" feet wide with a depth of 3-5 feet, and is seasonally heated
from October 1 to April 30.

Parking:
Cypress has parking for up to 6 mid size cars. Parking spaces are approximately 9’ x 19’ each.

Important Information:

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. Additionally, VRBO's insurance only covers the property and the Guest between the property’s published check in time of 4:00 PM CST and check out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Parties or events not allowed Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

NOTE: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera’s field of vision.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
