From the moment you walk through the door, beautiful bay views set the mood for your stay. Recently updated with coastal modern décor, this waterfront home combines comfortable furnishings with bright, inviting spaces where everyone can relax together.

The home features three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms, with a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. Maximum occupancy is five guests, including children. A spacious kitchen with quartz countertops offers room to prepare your favorite meals, while smart TVs and a large television in the living area make it easy to unwind after a day on the water.

Step outside, and you may find your favorite room isn’t a room at all.

The screened lanai surrounds the heated swimming pool, with plenty of space to stretch out, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the waterfront setting. Tropical landscaping adds to the island atmosphere, while the tiki hut at the water’s edge offers a shady spot for lunch, a good book, or an evening drink. Keep an eye on the bay, you may spot dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and other coastal wildlife passing by.

One of the home’s most memorable features is its large boathouse and observation deck. With panoramic views toward the Gulf, Marco Island, Keewaydin Island, and the surrounding waterways, this is a place you’ll want to return to throughout the day. Bring your camera, settle in, and stay for sunset.

Bringing your boat? You’re welcome to tie up at our dock and enjoy direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico. Spend the day fishing inshore or offshore, exploring nearby beaches, or taking a leisurely cruise through the beautiful waters of the Ten Thousand Islands. From a quiet morning with a fishing rod to a full day of island hopping, there are so many ways to make the water part of your vacation.

Kayakers and paddleboarders will love exploring the surrounding waters, too. Launch behind the house for a paddle toward Cannon Island, conditions permitting, or visit Capri Paddle Park at the entrance to Isles of Capri to explore the area’s mangrove-lined waterways and paddling trails.

You don’t need a boat to enjoy island life. Isles of Capri has waterfront restaurants, marinas, and fishing charters, with boat, kayak, paddle board, bike, golf cart, and fishing gear rentals available in the surrounding area. After a day of adventure, enjoy a meal at one of Capri’s local restaurants. Some even offer cook-your-catch service, so you can enjoy your fresh fish without doing the cooking or cleanup. Please check with the restaurant for availability and details.

When you’re ready to explore farther, head to Marco Island’s public beaches or spend time in Naples enjoying shopping, dining, and coastal scenery. The surrounding area also offers public golf courses, pickleball at Naples Pickleball Center, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, hiking trails, bowling, movie theaters, and water parks. There’s plenty to fill your days, or you can simply stay by the pool and enjoy doing very little.

Parties arriving with more than five guests, or exceeding the guest count approved on the reservation, will be denied entry, and no refund will be issued.
