Newly Remodeled Maravilla 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Cottage Short Walk to Private Beach

Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. This airy and bright Cottage contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open living/dining/kitchen area contains plenty of seating for you and your family with a dining table for 8 and 4 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with Whirlpool stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A large living room has a 55in Smart TV and premium cable channels. The queen size sofabed provides additional sleeping for up to 2 guests. For restful sleep you will find a primary bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with king size bed and a 3rd bedroom with a twin/over full bunk bed. All bedrooms contain a TV with cable channels. WIFI is also included with this Cottage. The two bathrooms have been remodeled the primary has a walk in shower with a bench, the vanity contains two sinks. You can relax outside on one of 3 porches. From the side and rear porch you have a semi-private view of the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Just a short walk to front of the Maravilla property you will find access to one of the most beautiful beaches! There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking, running and biking. Rentals from mid-March thru October include on-site beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) - a great value! So just grab your towel and sunscreen and you are ready for the beach and a relaxing vacation!

Our property is equipped with a keyless programmable keypad lock. A unique door code will be issued for your stay and will expire upon check out.

Please note: There is no overnight parking of boats, RV's, or trailers allowed at Maravilla. Please read the attached Maravilla Rules & Regulations.
