Best surfing beach in South Bay! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafés, markets, and the Manhattan Beach Pier. 10 Minutes to LAX airport, LMU, ( Loyola Marymount University) Silicon Beach, the 105 Freeway, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and El Segundo Aerospace Companies!
Stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, laundry, etc.). Parking garage. High-Speed Wi-Fi.

Welcome to your 2-bedroom Beach coastal retreat. There are 2 well-sized bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom) has a Queen Bed, and the secondary bedroom has two twin beds. Both have access to separate en-suite bathrooms.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials you could ever want. The balcony is a tranquil spot to sit back and unwind with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The ocean breeze is truly spectacular along with the sound of the crashing waves throughout the night.

Host was very communicative. Property was clean and comfortable. Very close to beach. Be advised that this is 2nd floor unit and property is on a hill. Suited our needs perfectly.

Great El Porto apartment

We visited LA a for a UCLA reunion and this as a perfect spot near the beach. The property is just as described - clean, contemporary decor. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a garage for this price was amazing. The only downside is the stairs are steep. The weather was overcast and rainy, but great visit anyway!

Location, location, location! This apartment had it all. Situated in a two-unit building, this top unit apartment was very spacious and well-appointed with all new and modern amenities. Building is not very sound-proof when it comes to loud noises from the lower unit (which means they can probably also hear us!) but the light blocking shades and white noise generating air-purifier made for very peaceful sleep. Parking garage onsite was fantastic. Please note that it has narrow opening; backing into the spot is much easier since it is also on a steep hill.The location was perfect with close proximity to El Porto beach and then further down the strand to downtown Manhattan Beach pier. We were there to attend a concert at the Kia Forum which was also a short easy 15-minute drive from the apartment. If you are looking for a good breakfast place, we really enjoyed Cafe-Wild on Highland (a short 10 minute walk).

Amazing location! Top floor unit has incredible views! The beds need more pillows. There were only pillows 2with shams that went with the comforters. The beds need a couple more pillows to sleep on. The screen on the back sliding door was broken off the track and unusable. We definitely needed to be able to leave that door open because the weather was very warm. The microwave was not working, but we let the owner know and he was apologetic. We really didn’t need it, so it didn’t significantly impact us. They do need to have full sets of towels, including washcloths. There were only 2 washcloths. Overall, it is a great place to stay and we had a good experience. The view and the location are exceptional!
