The house and area are amazing. Beautiful comfortable home with wonderful views of the lake and White Mountains. We all were very impressed with the area and the house. Parking was easy and the home is well appointed for a comfortable stay.Seema is a wonderful host. She responded quickly to questions and was great when we asked for an accommodation for my elderly mother. She is kind and very helpful. I appreciated her very much.I 100% would recommend this home as it is in the perfect location. It was beautiful and very convenient to all the sights.

Beautiful and spacious condo directly on the water and a minutes walk to the indoor pool and rec.center. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is laid out nicely and the second living room downstairs is a great space. And the owner contacted us upon arrival to make sure that everything was perfect. We will definitely be back to the Lincoln/Woodstock area.

Great location beautiful scenery! Seema is very responsive and communicative to any and all questions about the unit. We went to the Highland Games that weekend , the travel distance to shops , restaurants and local attractions was so convenient! Such a lovely area will definitely make a return trip in the near future!

Owner is responsive to questions and needs. Unit is updated, clean and well stocked. Location is perfect with access to pond, river, pool, tennis just steps away. A wonderful place to make family memories!

Beautiful condo with a great view of the pond and mountains. The deck receives warm morning sun and is shaded in the afternoon heat. The condo is very well cared for and we did not have a single issue. The owner was very communicative.

Terrible Experience at a Subpar Rental

We arrived at 7 PM, well after check-in, only to find the house completely unready for renters - beds unmade, towels and trash on the floor. The homeowner seemed annoyed when we called her, and the cleaning crew didn’t finish until after 9 PM.The twin bedroom had a musty odor, and the pillows/bedding were foul-smelling - we bought new bedding to use. Several lightbulbs were out, adding to the overall neglect.One night, we went downstairs to sleep and found the entire lower level freezing. The thermostat had been remotely locked at 59F by the homeowner, and with the outside temperature at 9F, it was FREEZING. We contacted the owner through VRBO, but she didn't answer their multiple calls until the next day. With no way to adjust the heat, we had to huddle together in one warmer bed and on the couches upstairs.The worst part? After a 3-hour drive, arriving at a dirty house during peak vacation time, the owner suggested we could leave (!!), and she would offer a refund - no apology, no accountability. That’s not a solution; it’s an insult.This place is poorly managed, unprofessional, and unprepared for guests.

I love hiking, and kayaking on the serene deer park shores. I love walking the trails in this resort, the waterfalls, the river and I also love the hikes on white mountain.

Deer park is a unique resort which offers crystal Clearwater where you can kayak canoe, paddle swim and just relax on the beaches along with an indoor heated pool spa and sauna. It offers a beautiful clubhouse with game rooms and balcony for the guest to enjoy the scenery. The shuttle to the ski mountains are on site on the schedule and offers immense convenience to ski lovers. The Pemi river flows through the property as well creating cascades and little waterfalls. I love rafting on the river.

Deer park is a unique resort because it is the only property that offers a mix of various amenities, which includes beach on the crystal clear lake, mountains, and ski shuttles in the resort along with fully equipped clubhouse offering indoor swimming pool, which is heated along with sauna, spa, on grounds, tennis courts, and game rooms. It is centrally located between Lincoln and North Woodstock offering the best of white Mountains in the best of locations.
