This stylish, two-story condo is your ideal home base for exploring Hilton Head Island. First Floor: Living Room: Bright and inviting space with a comfortable sectional sofa. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjacent to the dining area. Workspace: A dedicated desk area for remote work or planning your adventures. Primary Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Second Bathroom: A full bathroom with a walk-in shower for added convenience. Private Patio: Walk out from the living area to a private patio with a grill, overlooking the #1 green. Second Floor: Second Bedroom: A bright and airy room with two full-size beds. Sleeping Nook: An adjacent nook with a single pull-out bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. Third Bathroom: A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs Balcony: Step out onto a private balcony with seating to enjoy more of the beautiful golf course views. Laundry: A separate laundry room is available for your use. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire condo, with the exception of two locked owner's closets. Community tennis and pickleball courts. Two dedicated parking spaces located directly in front of the condo. Other things to note Gated Community Access: Palmetto Dunes is a secure, gated community. A vehicle pass is required for entry. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to obtain your pass prior to your arrival. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the entrance points of the home. Self Check-in: The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy, keyless self check-in anytime after the designated check-in time.

Island retreat!

The furniture was very nice for a rental property. Communication with the host was excellent and she even provided wine and a nice dessert for our birthday party. There was a 10-15 min walk to the beach and we had a great time at the tennis club.

I started coming to the island when I was little and too timid and shy to even sit on Greg Russell's stage. Hilton Head was my mother's favorite place to go and what started as one week away turned into a month and 20 years of family vacations. I lost my mother a few years ago and never thought I could come back without her, but it is a place a so much peace and the best memories of my life. I am extremely fortunate that my husband has fallen in love with the island and after his third trip there, and much friendly pestering from me, we bought this condo! This is our dream and we feel so blessed to share it with you. I am originally from Pittsburgh and live in Ohio now and we hope to one day live full time in HHI. But for now, we hope you enjoy our cozy island home. Thank you so much for choosing to spend your time in Hilton Head in our home. We are grateful to have you!

Everyone has a favorite place on the island and while I would live anywhere if it was in HH, Palmetto Dunes is my favorite. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the beaches are incredibly pretty and wide, it is a private gated community, there is golf, tennis, pickle-ball, the cutest general store that has everything you could possibly need for a quick trip with so much charm, the Dunes House is wonderful and the Dunes Buggy will take you to the beach or to near-by Shelter Cove Marina with restaurants, shopping and water activities. You cannot ask for more.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is a 9 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute or less bike ride. It is just two minutes to drive to the Dunes House or simply call for the Dunes buggy to take you and your family to the beach for the day! There is a covered front patio to keep your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, but both can be rented easily from April-October on the beach. We sit right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and have a beautiful view and patio and grill to relax. We hope you will find it comfortable and enjoy it as your home away from home while you are here.
