Make yourself at home in this 1-bedroom/1-bath Encinitas retreat. This cozy home offers front and rear decks surrounded by beautiful garden settings, modern living spaces and a gourmet kitchen with every convenience. Only a mile from the beach. Owner/Architect put her heart into every inch. Note: there are other units on the property. However this unit is very separate and private from the other units and there is no unit above it. All garden areas are private with no common spaces.
