In the middle of everything!

This was a perfect place to stay if you wanted to explore the valley. The trails along the river were close by, it was easy to get to the freeway to access the other nearby towns Being right in the downtown made it easy to chose your favorite brewhouse or browse the shops. I will stay there again!

Getaway with dog

This property was very clean, plenty of space for the 2 of us plus our boston terrier dog and was in a great location, with plenty of dog-friendly patio options within walking distance.

Lovely

Property was beautiful and clean and in a great area walkable to bars, shops, and restaurants. Check-in was a little tricky but property manager was with me every step of the way. Excellent communication!

This unit was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great for the days over 95 (we are from Alaska- it was HOT). But what I was most amazed by was how attentive the management was. Getting to the unit wasn’t hard but maybe a little tricky and they explained it perfectly. I will 100% stay here again.

Great little apartment

Perfect location to downtown Grand Junction and some of our favorite restaurants which were within walking distance. Liked the designated parking spot. Liked the layout of the rooms with plenty of space. Living room was comfortable and having a blanket in the evening to relax was nice. Would highly recommend! My only complaint was the shower never got hot enough for my wife much less me.

We stayed for a week. There was nowhere to put our clothes in the bedroom. There were 2 luggage supports in the closet. But there was nowhere to put them. There were cleaning supplies in the bedroom closet. ….broom and dust pan and a vacuum. That took up too much space.Everything else was fine.

We do have a dresser in the closet for guest use as well as hangers for guest clothing. We do keep the vacuum in the closet so that it is not sitting out. The top of the dresser is normally used as a suitcase holder. We hope that you will come see us again.
