The Space:
This 4-bedroom waterfront home will serve as your hub between adventures whether exploring the myriad of hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and expansive shorelines or browsing the downtown shops and stopping by local eateries to savor homestyle cooking. Back at the home, exciting river adventures await as you launch your preferred watercraft from your private floating dock and boat slip to explore every inch of these winding waterways, fishing or drifting along under the plentiful sunshine, and yes, your four-legged companions are welcome too. The mixologist among you can whip up refreshing creations at the bar while you relax in chaise lounge seating or at the shaded table with seating for 4.
Up at the home, get relief from the heat on the lower-level patio, playing a round of giant Jenga or simply soaking in the views while turning the pages of good book. The upper-level deck is ideal for al fresco dining at the table for 6 with optional umbrella, a gas grill available for whipping up delicious barbeque feasts.
The homeâs stylish interior offers open airy spaces bathed in natural light from large picture windows keeping the focus on the picturesque waterfront. Relax in the living room on plush leather sofa seating while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and vibrant cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed to accommodate all of your culinary aspirations. The chic, high-top dining table seats the whole crew for formal meals, while barstool-style seating at the island is ideal for quick and casual bites before jetting back out the door toward adventure.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

âą Driveway parking available for4 vehicles.
âą This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted near the front door, actively monitoring the parking lot. The second is mounted on the front of the home, actively monitoring the dock and lake area.
Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
âą Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
âą Number & Type of Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. No other pets allowed.
âą Weight Limit: Only dogs under 60 lbs are permitted. Pets over this weight are not allowed, to help protect the property and ensure comfort for all guests.
âą Behavior: Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under owner control at all times. No excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors. Dogs may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.
âą Cleanliness & Damage: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and outdoors. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
âą Furniture: Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Please bring your petâs bedding or crate.
âą Leash Laws: Guests must comply with local leash laws and keep pets leashed when outside the property.
