I moved to Orlando in 2009 from the UK.

Since then I started my own international real estate company selling and renting homes to people in Florida from all over the world. I’ve travelled around the world to over 70 counties and stayed in many Airbnb’s.

Just minutes from Downtown Orlando, you get the best of both worlds—peaceful suburban vibes with quick access to cultural spots, trendy restaurants, and entertainment. What I enjoy most is the neighborhood’s laid-back, welcoming feel. It’s a place where you can truly unwind but still be close enough to everything Orlando has to offer.

I built this custom garage apartment in 2024 from the ground up and creating high-end finishes.

The space has a king bedroom with double French door windows that open right up to the balcony area from the bedroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully stocked kitchen/living area that has another set of double French door windows overlooking the balcony. All the finishes are high-end and designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It's a really beautiful space.
