I’m very sorry that the communication during your stay did not meet expectations, as providing a responsive and positive experience is important to me and reflected in my prior reviews. During your visit, my father experienced a sudden and serious medical emergency. I had to fly to be with him and serve as his advocate while he was hospitalized. Between travel and limited reception in the hospital, my responses were not as prompt as they normally would be. While I did reply to messages that required attention, I understand that the timing may have felt slower than expected, and for that I sincerely apologize. Regarding the bathroom, the layout is constrained by the existing footprint of the space, which unfortunately limits the ability to expand the shower. I do appreciate you sharing your perspective. I hope the home’s proximity to Bayshore Blvd, downtown, and your daughter’s university — along with its value compared to nearby accommodations — were positive aspects of your stay.
