Small but cozy space for 2 people. Easy walk to downtown and Hyde Park shops and restaurants. The owners were helpful and friendly.

Best stay yet

This rental is in a perfect location the neighbors were awesome and very fun and friendly Gasparilla was a blast and the walk to it was very short! Absolutely recommend this spot. Th e hosts were so nice and very quick with responding!

Great location and super clean

Great weekend stay! Had plans to see concert at Raymond James on Friday and Sunday nights and caught a Rays game on Saturday. Everything we had planned (including Hard rock) was an easy 15 minute drive. Neighborhood was very nice, clean and safe, great restaurants and shopping walking distance to the apartment, which had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay!! Thank you Liz!

Perfect getaway location!

This was the perfect setting for a short stay in Tampa. The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful with only a short walk to the Bay or Old Hyde Park Village. Beautiful property and so easy to get to downtown Tampa as well!!

Recuperating from major surgery

I needed to be near Tampa General Hospital and this perfect for many follow up appointments. Only 6 blocks. Clean and neat, no stairs adequately ADA Compliant with grab bars as needed. Well equipped high quality linens, very functional and classy in an adorable neighborhood of historic homes. Close to downtown too. Lovely hosts would definitely recommend.

Lovely Stay

We had a quick stop over in Tampa and loved the location of this property. Walking distance to so many places and we really enjoyed the stay. Liz was great to communicate with, and offered us lots of suggestions for our stay. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay for me while going daily to the convention center. I was car free, but took a Lyft/Spin scooter back and forth. Also easily walked to the grocery store and the truly lovely Hyde Park Village for dinner each night. The property was clean and lovely. I spent my evenings on the patio. Everything was great.

Mother daughters trip

Location is fantastic!!! Quiet neighborhood and very close to two shopping/dining areas...Hyde Park (our favorite) and downtown...you can easily walk to both. Being close to the Bayshore blvd was awesome for walks/runs.

Stay in Hyde Park for Women’s Basketball Final Four

We were in Tampa for the Women’s Basketball Final Four and stayed at Liz and Bob’s house in Hyde Park. We had a great stay! The location is fantastic, short walk to downtown Tampa along the bay, and a short walk to Hyde Park Village with lots of food and shopping spots. The area was very safe with lots of people out walking around. The house itself was perfect for the 2 of us. Liz was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Cute studio apartment in a fabulous location in Hyde Park. Communication with the host was excellent! Honestly this was probably the easiest check in that I’ve ever had through a VRBO. Thank goodness for the included parking spot as I had to drive my daughter back and forth to the convention center several times for her music conference. Great stay!

Perfect little haven!

Frozen Four weekend Fun

We stayed for a long weekend and some awesome hockey in Tampa. This studio is in a perfect location, just outside of Tampa and only a few blocks from Hyde Park Village. Hyde Park has great shopping, restaurants, and the homes in the area are beautiful! We will definitely go back ! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay here, Elizabeth and Bob were such gracious hosts, they live on the property so are very attentive and kind. The location is amazing, a block from Bay Shore and 6 blocks to Hyde Park shopping and restaurants. Wonderful morning walks on the bay and a very comfortable and well appointed place. We enjoyed the bikes they provided to ride to Davis Island and Armature Works. Such a great stay! Thank you Liz and Bob, we'll come back for sure!
