SoHo perfect

We came down for a cheerleading competition at the convention center. Everything so was easy to get to. We were able to walk to Howard street for great eats every night.

Hyde Park Vibe

The apartment was comfortable and spacious with a welcoming courtyard and small patio. It is located in a great neighborhood walking distance to restaurants. Well stocked with all essentials and plenty of towels. A large game table equipped with chips and cards. The master shower drain was slow, I messaged "B"and he fixed it promptly. The apartment includes 1 covered parking space. If you need parking for additional cars street parking is by permit only 6pm-6am and the lots are kinda pricey. I reached out to "B" and he suggested a spot down the road which worked out. There were 3 spaces available no charge and we were able to grab one there for visitors. Once we figured that out all was good. Would definitely book again!

Incredible Property!

The host Brannen was very responsive and accommodating. The property was pristine and within walking distance to all of Hyde Park attractions and restaurants. I won’t hesitate staying here again.

We were in town for a wedding and place was Greta. Walkable to Hyde Park and Bayshore. Close to CVS and Publix id you need groceries. Great spot!

Location Location Location!!!

Such a lovely spot to stay! The home was just what we needed for our 2 week stay in Tampa. Its well stocked kitchen and comfy beds were great! The bonus was being able to walk to the Hyde Park restaurants, shops and the gorgeous Bay Shore!

The unit is as advertised. Very clean. And, checkin/checkout was easy. Good location. I was there for a couple of weeks Had a few questions initially, and a small WIFI issue. Brannen was very good. He was both quick to respond and fix. He also followed up to check, which I appreciated. Just a good place to stay in a good location, with good management.

Loved this town home

We were so happy we chose to stay here for our girlfriend’s getaway in Tampa! Very clean, comfortable furniture, big bedrooms. The area was very quiet at night and as women we felt very safe. The property manager was so accommodating and helpful when we needed to get in a bit early. I’m planning on returning here with my husband for a getaway. Highly recommend
