Canal front 3BR, 2BA home in Algonac. This home sleeps 10, plus an additional 2 guests with comfy air mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need, large deck, firepit, grill & indoor dartboard for family fun. Tons of parking with circular drive & additional side lot for parking. Unfortunately we don't offer boat docking on the canal, but public launch is just seconds away!

Bedroom one has two full-size beds and shares a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom number two, which features a cozy queen-size bed. Bedroom three includes two full-size beds and an attached bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the laundry area for added convenience. All bedrooms, and the living room have televisions with Roku. We also offer a new queen-size air mattress. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, complemented by two dining tables with seating for 10, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The common area also includes a dartboard for some friendly competition.

Step outside to relax on the spacious deck, cook a meal on the outdoor grill, fish in the canal, and enjoy the firepit. Ideal for families or group getaways, this home offers all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Guests have access to the whole house excluding the breezeway area (owner closet) and garage.

We don't offer boat docking in the canal. We can accommodate several vehicles, boats and trailers though. The boat launch is just seconds away from the home for easy access. There is also an outdoor plug on the side of the home for you to charge boat batteries.
No smoking, no unauthorized guests without prior approval, no gatherings or parties without prior approval first. $100 pet fee will apply. An event or gathering fee will apply. Any unauthorized party or gathering with result in termination of your booking without refund.
