Unwind in the tranquil surroundings of this house on beautiful Lake Huron, featuring 1 king bedroom with on-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a kids gaming room with 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper. Enjoy the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom with views of the lake. Relax in the open living, dining, kitchen space with lake views and a game/puzzle area (games, puzzles, and books included). After a busy day on the beach or sight seeing, dining, and shopping in the local area (Mackinaw Island, Mackinaw Crossings, downtown Cheboygan, etc.), relax around the firepit overlooking Lake Huron. Hang out at the house and play in the large yard with provided yard games including a custom made cornhole set. The possibilities for fun and relaxation are endless!

Family vacation

Peaceful Lakehouse

We loved the privacy of the home. Very quiet and peaceful. Had a few things that popped up but Sara was great and very communicative. Beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect amount of space for our family. Easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend water shoe if you want to swim. Very rocky and some of the rocks were slippery. The only real completely we had was the Internet wasn’t very strong and phone service wasn’t great. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Sara was an amazing host with an amazing home. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns and she was extremely nice. The house had everything we needed from towels to kitchen utensils. Everything was clean when we arrived and the view of the backyard and the lake was beautiful!

4th of July Getaway

Our family had a great time here. Our group included a 2 (almost 3) year old, a 1 yr old, and 4 adults. The house fit our family perfectly, we loved the view, and had a great time sitting around the bonfire. We brought our kiddie pool and some yard games which fit great in the back yard. Being Michiganders we spend a lot of time traveling the state however have never visited Cheboygan. We loved the information Sara left for us and booked a boat tour with the Nautical North Family Adventures. The city was just a short drive to Burt Lake, Roger City, and Mackinaw City while providing us with the peace and tranquility we were seeking for our trip. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a great view, comfortable stay, a little adventure, and some peace/quiet. The only downside to the house was that there is not AC (we knew this when we booked) which was fine in 70-80 degree weather, however when the temperatures reached 95 the house got a bit toasty. I will say the ceiling fans did a great job and we are thinking about getting them for our house (that also does not have AC).

With Mackinac Island just up the highway, inland waterways all around, and great family adventures all around, this property is sure to suit any family.

The property includes 2,000 square feet with private spaces for everyone and open spaces to enjoy each other's company. We have worked very hard to make the home comfortable for your family by including all the big things... washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens, etc. to all the little things... handsoap, laundry detergent, kleenex, toilet paper, etc.
