Most beautiful backyard!

We were very excited to find a home right on Lake Huron that was pet friendly! The house was overall comfortable and well equipped. The rental manager was very eager to help with any issues that arose >> she responded so quickly and so efficiently when we had a minor issue on our arrival. She had the issue taken care of within a few hours! The view from the back windows of this house was stunning and the beach access was amazing. Our dogs loved how much freedom they had on the beach and in the water. We enjoyed evening bonfires and a lot of relaxation...

This is exactly what we were looking for! Quiet and secluded but close to town. The water view was beautiful and we loved walking the beach and looking at all of the beautiful rocks. We traveled with our two dogs and appreciated the thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful girls weekend here.It's very clean.Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing.Layout of the main living space is perfect .We used the outdoor seating area and the firepit for evening enjoyment. Kitchen was nicely stocked with a few main spices.

We had an amazing stay at this property, the host was super welcoming and communication was flawless. The house was very clean and pretty much had everything you would typically need but if there was anything you needed that wasn’t available there is a Walmart Supercenter close by! It’s in a great location, there are many nearby activities to do and it’s very close to downtown Cheboygan. I would say the only drawback’s were that the refrigerator wasn’t too great and wifi wasn’t as good either but I did have full service with T-mobile and Verizon in the area.

Great location. Property was everything we hoped for. Lakefront right on Lake Huron. Very private. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of the lake was amazing. Communication with the property manager was great. I rate this property 10 out of 10.

Right on the water

Our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights & absolutely loved being directly in the water. Our boys loved looking for fun rocks & throwing rocks in the lake. Listening to the waves was so peaceful. Property was clean & beds were comfortable. The house is off a main highway with only a small address post so it was slightly difficult to locate the first time. Arriving after dark would be extremely difficult. Having some kind of larger address sign would be very helpful. Greatly appreciated the washer/dryer but a laundry basket would have been very useful. Location is remote enough to have a relaxing retreat but also close enough to plenty of places for day time activities. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect private lake stay for family

This house was the perfect getaway. It’s a great size, open concept living/kitchen/dining area. Everything was clean. There are big windows with so much lovely natural light and the back yard view with the lake. Our family of 6 stayed here with plenty of room. Linens and towels were all clean and comfy. Beds, pillows, furniture were comfortable and nice. Kitchen had everything needed for appliances and cooking there. Outdoor activities provided (volleyball net/sand area, campfire pit, charcoal grill even, and cornhole). None of us were bored, and you really could not beat the peace and quiet, or the views. The trees/woods around the house kept things nice and private too. Not far from town or stores if you need anything (like 15 minutes max).The host was responsive and quick with any questions. We even reached out to inquire if they had other properties, as we have friends who want to join us next time. We will most definitely be back and really cannot wait. Thank you for a memorable vacation that my entire family was so sad to leave.

Beautiful winter get away

Watching the ice flow passing on the lake was beautiful. Enjoyed the sun and the snow. It was the winter wonderland I have been wanting to see for many years very quite very peaceful and the house was exactly what it is described to be. What a wonderful place to stay will probably return. We had to leave early because there was an incoming storm. . Amazing Lake Views

The property was as-advertised. The house was spacious and comfortable for 6-8 people, including kids. The views are spectacular and worth it to stay right on the lake. My favorite part was watching sunrise and sunset on the beach. Very serene and peaceful. One drawback is the cable and internet are spotty if you need them. Otherwise it was an amazing spot to visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is close to area attractions . Very clean and it was a perfect place to relax at. The only trouble we had was the internet was spotty. Would stay here again! The view was beautiful!

Amazing Lake Huron Getaway!

Overall, the property is an absolutely beautiful getaway spot! Stunning views of the water, right on Lake Huron we enjoyed walking down the coastline in the morning, bonfires right next to the beach at night! Mackinac City is only 20 minutes away. An absolutely perfect quiet setting. Minor issues on the inside (but need to be addressed) included: leaking kitchen sink (no dishwasher), drain in master shower slow, fruit flies, broken curtains/shades in master. Would stay here again!

Great Little Getaway

The house, the sunrise and the northern lights were all perfect! The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were amazing. Strange thing to highlight, I know, but they were pretty great. The property was just about perfect. The only downside was we were not able to go out into the water because the beach into the water had larger stepping stones that were as slippery as ice when wet. Just a half mile up the road though was a roadside park with an excellent rock hounding beach with water access. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Girls Get Away

Property was clean and just as described in listing. The beach view and sunrise over the lake was beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on the lake for the view. No place to actually swim at the property to rocky. However just down the road is a park with a nice sand beach and no rocks.

Great Family Spot

We absolutely loved this place. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and the view was amazing!!! The kids didn't want to leave and truthfully we were sad to go too. It is a great location just about a 30 minute drive to a ton of family attractions.

Excellent Vacation Rental

This house was perfect. It had enough space for my family of 7. The view of the lake was breathtaking. It had a volleyball net and cornhole game for the kiddos. It had a large area with a fire pit and comfy chairs for the whole family. Drive to town and nearby attractions was easy. We were lucky enough to see meteor showers the weekend we stayed! Easy communication with staff. We will definitely return!
