The Country Music Capital awaits! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on Music Row, the Chiefâs Den luxury condo offers a uniquely transportative Music City experience. Designed with an Eric Church-inspired theme, this unit will comfort and excite in equal measure, with its smoky deep-blue atmosphere, earthy brick fixtures, and vivid wall murals that will enrapture you like the lyrics of your favorite country song.
Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and luxury building amenties - Pool, rooftop, gym.
Please note: The pool is currently closed and is scheduled to reopen by May 2026.
THE SPACE
The Chiefâs Den is crafted as a moody, music-forward retreat that nods to Eric Church throughout its art and styling, while still feeling comfortable and livable for groups and families. An open-concept living area creates a central hub to relax, stream a game, or recap the night, with a full sofa bed providing extra sleeping space for your group. This flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for easy meals between shows and sightseeing. Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable king bed, and three full bathrooms give everyone room to spread out and get ready. A balcony extends your living space outdoors for morning coffee or an evening wind-down near Music Row.

In every Humming Host home, you will find an elevated essentials setup, including a coffee bar with locally sourced coffee, basic kitchen staples (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper), hand soap, dish soap, and body wash/conditioner/shampoo dispensers, ample paper goods and trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods.

Guests love staying here for the balance of culture and convenience. Broadway and downtown are just a short drive or rideshare away, while 12 South and Hillsboro Village are close for boutique shopping and dining. Itâs an ideal location if you want a refined, comfortable retreat with a front-row seat to the cityâs music scene and everyday local life.

During your visit, our local Humming Host team is just a message away on the Vrbo app, phone or email and available 24/7. We fully respect your privacy but are always happy to help or share local tips whenever you need us.
â Amenities & Building Facilitiesâ
Guests have access to the buildingâs shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.
â Smoke-Free Home & Communityâ
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.
â Supplies & Essentialsâ
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.
â Families & Baby Gearâ
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
â Maintenance & Repairsâ
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
â Building Access & Trash Roomsâ
The lobby and mail room are located on ground level, with all units situated on the floors above the lobby. Guests can access the units via stairs or elevator. A trash room is available on every unit level and located next to the elevators on the left-hand side for convenient waste disposal during your stay.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
