» This is a 3rd floor walk-up apartment of a 3-family house. You will have the entire unit for yourself!

★ Additionally, we want to highlight a few unique things about this apartment that may not be so obvious in the pictures.

» This is an attic conversion so parts of the home has low ceilings due to the roof line.

★ Particularly, the left side of the kitchen countertop (near the induction stove), laundry area, and also the toilet if using it while standing up. Otherwise, the rest of the apartment has high ceilings.
