DISCOVER & EXPLORE this magical place our family fell in love with 30 years ago! This tastefully decorated, newly updated condo is located in desirable South Island and a short walk/bike to East Beach, the Pier, fun shops, unique restaurants, night life, live music, parks & playgrounds. Abundant Coastal wildlife, beautiful beaches and relaxing meanderings under the canopy of Live Oaks & Spanish Moss are sure to melt your stress away!

Newly painted with all new linens and Kitchen small appliances and dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and accessories for even the most discerning cook - but with so many fine restaurants within walking distance -you won't want to cook!! If you do stay in, the living area is super comfy, and cozy yet spacious. Fully equipped to sleep 5 comfortably with primary bedroom with a King Bed, and a second bedroom with a double and a single bed. New Washer and Dryer on the 2nd floor.

Entire Space is yours including Patio with table and chairs and a grill with a view of a pretty garden.
A shed off the patio has cushions for the outdoor furniture, extra folding chairs, 2 brand new 26" bicycles (April 2024) beach chairs, beach toys, 2 coolers.
The shared pool steps from the front door is open from April 1 - October 31.


Other Interesting Facts:

Take the short drive across the causeway to historic Brunswick which has many terrific restaurants and breweries and plenty of nightlife.

5.500 acre Jekyll Island is a 15-20 minute drive away where you will find the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, a 250 acre Historic Landmark District with 34 historic homes once called "Millionaire's Village, 10 miles of sandy beaches, camping, a golf course, a mini-golf course, Summer Waves water park, several great restaurants and of course the iconic Driftwood beach which is must see.

We absolutely loved it here! The location was amazing. The bikes, board games, beach chairs, rafts, beach toys & beach towels were all a fantastic amenity. The proximity to the pool couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again! The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s very cozy, comfortable and has every single thing you would ever need for a wonderful stay at the beach.

St Simons July 4th weekend

Enjoyed a long weekend with family. Great location with everything within a couple miles-beach, pier, shopping and restaurants. The July 4th fireworks were spectacular.

Just What I Needed

A quiet home away from home for my annual pilgrimage to the island. The place was clean and bright and the rocking chairs in the living room wonderfully soothing. Only downside is that I found the check in instructions sent thru the VRBO app to be difficult to access. I would appreciate the details in the e-mail rather than a link to the details on a website I could not access from my phone.

My husband and I are from Rochester (upstate/western) NY.

I started going down to SSI when my parents became "snowbirds" after discovering the magic of SSI 30 years ago. Upon retirement, they moved to SSI permanently. SSI is the ONLY place my kids and I would go on vacation to visit my parents and enjoy the easy-going, laid back lifestyle and of course the beautiful beach!

Over the years, I have made lifelong friends from going out to Murphy's Tavern (my parent's local in the Village, half mile from our Condo) and also from being a part of the Golden Isles Track Club which is filled with welcoming people. My husband and I LOVE live music and there is an abundance of free live music on the Island and in Brunswick most days of the week. We were so happy to be able buy our condo (just a half mile from my Dad) and own a piece of this paradise a few years ago.

We LOVE being hosts and being able to offer people from all over the country the experience of this unique Island in a comfortable, well-appointed, family-friendly, peaceful home away from home.

Our condo is in a small established, peaceful condo development with nice neighbors and close to EVERYTHING - the beach, the Village, restaurants, bars, live music, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, dog parks, playground - SO Much!

We LOVE that we don't have to drive anywhere if we don't want to.

Our very well appointed, comfortable, quiet space is close to the beach, public park with a big playground, dog park, tennis and Pickleball courts and the Village with fine restaurants and places to see live music. Even more fine restaurants and live music a short 1.5-2 miles away. You can walk or cycle everywhere.
