The condo worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean and perfectly comfortable for two people. The condo is right next to the My Epic Gear store and within easy walking distance to the gondola. We would definitely recommend and stay again if available on the next trip.

Perfect location

Checkin was super easy. The condo was clean and cozy with everything you might need. Convenient ski lockers located inside the building was a definite plus. Proximity to the slopes, shopping and restaurants was super close so no need to get the car out. We would definitely stay again!!

Nice place to stay. Great location with many restaurants and stores in the immediate area along with a small grocery store. Parked our rental car and it didn't move until it was time to head back to the airport.

Not that great

The property mgr was curt to the point of being rude. The sink was very slow to drain and the toilet was stopped up. You can’t tell me those things weren’t noticed by the cleaning staff. There were also not many drawers in the bedroom for putting our things.

Get what you pay

First: the place is fine. The management company is outstanding and reactive. Location is awesome. And the unit would be great for a couple. But if you have more than that, here are the issues:1. The sleeper sofa is old. You can tell an attempt to Fix it with a nee mattress, but it faiks. The springs on the underlying fabric are to stretched so the bars are being felt through the mattress because the mattress rests on them.2. The King in the bedroom is awesome.3. The bedrooms pilot light needs adjusting (or a new register). We were there with temps in the 30’s. If you have windows closed (needed because of parking lot) and the door closed, the room gets unbearably hot. 4. Units garage elevator never worked the entire time during our stay. I can’t blame either but its something to check before you go.

Had the issue with the heat been reported during your stay, we would have been happy to send over maintenance to resolve this. The issue with the garage elevator is unfortunately not within our control as we do not manage common areas or amenities for this building, that would be the building HOA's responsibility. The garage elevator is currently going through a lengthy modernization project, however all floors can be accessed via the other elevator in the lobby.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
