About this space:

Relax and unwind in a private upstate retreat with stunning meadow views set amongst 13 acres in historic Dutchess County. Just a 2 hour drive or train ride from NYC will bring you to a refuge of rejuvenation in the country and serve as your centrally located hub to explore the nearby towns, enjoy the best shopping and culinary destinations and embrace the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley. Come find your peace while fully enjoying all that the region has to offer.

The space:

Make yourself comfortable in our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern ranch home with a swimming pool and 13 private acres. With an open floor plan and high ceilings, we invite you to gather with your friends and family and bask in the abundance of light in every direction. There are multiple living spaces for everyone to gather - have a morning coffee in the sunroom, dine around the kitchen island or reclaimed barn wood table, watch a movie or play games in our downstairs media room, or get cozy and enjoy a cocktail in front of the fireplace. Embrace the chilly nights outdoors with our fire pit in the backyard. The outdoor deck is perfect for gourmet grilling and dining al fresco and our fenced in yard is perfect for your furry friends to roam and run around.

The downstairs media room can serve as a 4th bedroom utilizing the large modular sofa.

Guest access:

Guests will have access to the full home with the exception of a couple closets and the garage.

Other things to note:

During the winter months, the driveway will be plowed to allow for easy access on our paved driveway.

Pool is seasonal (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend). Additional heating for $50 per day. Must request 48 hrs prior to your stay. Pool is currently CLOSED for the season.

Pet friendly, however we do ask for an additional $65 fee per pet per stay with a maximum of 2 pets

No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. Only guests staying at the property are permitted on the premises. Violators will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Beautiful property; absolutely true to the description online. Quiet setting. Super responsive hosts. Enough room for multiple generations to spread out when needed and come together when wanted. We loved it.

We had a great stay in Clinton Corners. We know the area well and visit every August. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great! The view of rolling hills from the back of the house made it feel very special and serene. There were plenty of items to make it a comfortable stay with kids, including travel crib, high chair and lots of games. Convenient location near taconic. All in all we have no complaints!

Perfect Pool Weekend

My friends and I had a great time enjoying the perfect pool and the extremely comfortable house. The property management could not have been more helpful and responsive, and everything in the house was as, or even better, than described. I would certainly recommend for a friend or family get together, convenient to the city and with an excellent pool! Bonus: friends visiting from California got to see fireflies for the first time -- they were everywhere!

Beautiful House, Convenient Location

Located very close to a major highway, this house and surrounding property was everything we thought it would be. It was a true retreat away, nestled in a beautiful hilly neighborhood with every amenity we could've asked for. We forgot to request a high chair in advance and the property manager came within a few hours to grab it for us! Very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We'd love to come again!

We had our annual Girl’s Getaway here and it did not disappoint. The home was absolutely impeccable and had amazing attention to detail in every space. Beautiful, modern furnishings and very well manicured. The Owners put a lot of thought into the design and comfort of the home and it shows. The outdoor pool space, deck, and fire pit matched the aesthetic of the home as well. Beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend.
