Other amenities this community offers include a heated pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, library, dog park, playground, ping pong, pool tables, and a private beach. The private beach is available to all property owners and renters.
You can enjoy local activities such as sunrise and sunset viewing, kayaking, and the ocean breeze.
Additionally, this location is a portal to deep-sea fishing, reef fishing, bone fishing, diving, snorkeling, and all water sports.
The three-mile bridge is located nearby, which is the tarpon capital of the Keys. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) specifies that tarpon is a catch-and-release-only fishery, and there are strict regulations in place to ensure their conservation.
