Nestled on the pristine white sandy beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast, this ground-floor condo in the East Tower provides effortless access to both the beach and the pool, ensuring a seamless and relaxing vacation experience. Whether you’re savoring the ocean breeze from your Gulf-front patio or exploring the local attractions, this retreat is designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Perdido Towers offers a variety of resort-style amenities for guests to enjoy. Take a dip in the outdoor pool (heated in the winter) for year-round swimming. Host a fun BBQ with family and friends using the grilling area. Stay active with three on-site tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness room. For boaters, first-come, first-serve boat slips and trailer parking along Ole River are available. The property’s prime location puts you steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking passes are required for this complex and are purchased on-site. Trailer parking is available for guests with boats.

Perdido Key is a hidden gem along Florida’s Emerald Coast, offering a serene beach experience with soft sands and clear waters. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the pristine dunes of Perdido Key State Park, kayak along the Intracoastal Waterway, or enjoy birdwatching in the protected Gulf Islands National Seashore. Local favorites include fresh seafood restaurants, live music venues, and the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge, located right on the state line. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed beach escape with natural charm.

• Sealing and caulking around exterior windows.

• Stucco and coating on entire building exterior.

• Noise from grinding and chipping concrete and stucco.

• Intermittent balcony closures during balcony work. Furniture will be inside of the unit when this happens.

• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.

Great Location and Clean

The property was clean and in a great location. The check in process was easy and straight forward. I would stay here again or recommend it to others. I enjoyed the pool and having the beach just steps away. The view from the loft was amazing.

Just beautifully decorated and super clean. The beach is just beautiful white sand and no crowds, very natural.

Beautiful property and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Perdido Key and one of the reasons for that was the condo we stayed in. It was beautiful and perfect location. If you are looking for a beach front condo with a pool, this is your place! Thank you Liquid Life for a great experience, we will be back!

LOVELY weekend!

Was blown away by this property! Absolutely beautiful unit very spacious. You cannot beat the view from this place, the floor to ceiling windows were stunning. This was probably my favorite condo I have stayed in. Everything was so convenient, the pool was right there, the beach was right there, we walked to Florabama! Cannot speak highly enough about this place!

Spacious and NICE

The condo was beautiful! It was much larger than other units we have stayed in the past. The floor to 2nd story ceiling windows in the living room were gorgeous! Also the walk to the beach was nothing. Normally we end up packing lots so we don't have to go back and forth to the condo while out on the beach. But this place was so close and convenient to go back for snacks and drinks. We will definitely stay again!

Great for our family

Overall great time. Property as stated but be ware the dryer doesn’t dry fast... takes awhile to dry clothes (2 hours). Also be mindful that there are a lot of pool rules that would affect small kids and their enjoyment of the pool. No balls or toys or floats allowed and this is strictly monitored.

Love the location, cleanliness, people on site, and amenities. I will say this year we were not as pleased with Liquidlife’s service of some issues we had(no cable in bedroom, dryer going out, 1 hour late getting us check-in code) but the property itself is wonderful and we will be back!

Sleeper Sofa

It is probably time to invest in a new sleeper sofa. My college age son slept on it and if he had trouble sleeping on it the it must be pretty bad.

Perdido Towers 101

The room was excellent! Everything was great until the water line busted. We had to go over 24 hours without water to shower or flush toilets. We dealt with it but I was mad for those 24 hours. I needed a shower! I also needed to flush toilets badly. Other than that problem the trip was awesome! I did love that we was practically on the beach alone! Nice pool and very nice security guards.

It was a short walk to the beach, pool was nice. Beds were comfortable, just could have had more linens for sofa bed. I had to go to Walmart at 10:30 first night because I didn’t realize they didn’t supply blankets or spread for sofa bed. Kitchen could have more cooking utensils and such, but we made do. We had a problem with the dryer and ice maker and they sent someone within an hour to take care of it. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Condo wasn't cleaned properly

There were stains on the pillow couches, bed pillows had stain on cover, microwave wasn't cleaned out. There a was a chair that has been peeling for along time. The blinds covering the Oceanview window was broken and some were folded behind the peeled chair. The kitchen table chairs had stains in it as well.

Great location

We had wonderful time. Didn’t realize master opened up to den ( but upstairs) Perfect location: a/c broke the 2 nd day. Luckily maintenance was able to “snake” the pipe or not sure how long woulda been without A/C. Maintance guy for Perdido tower was very nice. Maintenance guy with Liquid Life vacation was excellent!!!! We called the Liquid Life number desk , but they didn’t seem like anything was too urgent! No cable in master even after we bought a cable. Tiny pieces of glass in carpet in master bedroom . Overall great vacation. Would rent again
