Welcome to your home away from home in Germantown! This is a huge 2nd floor apartment of a newly constructed duplex home with all the modern conveniences, comfort, and style! Close to everything cool! Large parking pad in the back for registered guests or street parking in the front.

You'll be staying in the huge 2nd floor apartment with 1200 sf to relax and rejuvenate in. Sleeps 4 comfortably-It's also perfect for couples, families, digital nomads, interns, and professionals!
Getting ready is a breeze! Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with spa-like shower and all essential amenities such as towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and full length mirror. Both bedrooms have a medium firm queen bed complete with linens, pillows, extra bedding/blankets if needed. Blackout cellular blinds are in both bedrooms for the perfect sleeping environment and restful nights. Smart TVs, closets, dressers, and nightstands in each bedroom as well.
Hi-speed internet is included for your entertainment and business needs.
The open concept kitchen and living room are great for chilling in the swivel rocker chairs, watching the 75 inch TV and dining in our fully stocked kitchen. 4 counter stools nestle up to the island for noshing and chatting about the days itinerary. We've thought of everything for you!
And if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of local eateries, bars, and shops for you to spend your time. Louisville is a Foodie Town!

The place is lovely and just perfect for old friends to gather. Would definitely stay again. The floor is not sound proofed so can hear downstairs neighbors but that wasn't a problem for us.

This place is lovely! We went with another couple for a concert weekend and it was perfect. Less than 15 minutes from downtown, quiet neighborhood and the restaurant across the street is cute and delicious. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Great Stay!

This property is clean, comfy & nicely decorated. Its location in Germantown is within walking distance to several restaurants. We had a great stay & would book again if in the area. Having some seating on the front porch would be an awesome addition.

Great stay in Louisville!

We came to enjoy a few days on the bourbon trail and this was the perfect spot for our home base. Cute and updated house in a quiet area that was a close drive to restaurants and bars.

Gorgeous Stay in Louisville!

This property was exactly as pictured! It was ultra-clean and very well-appointed. It was less than 10 minutes to get to all of our favorite places in the city. This was just the kind of vibe we were looking for in our Louisville trip! Highly recommended!

Arrived from Wi on Wednesday afternoon. House was clean, very quiet, and very homey. Nice coffee shop across the street. Owners were great to communicate with. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet and very cute!

We had a great stay. The apartment was quiet, very clean and cutely decorated. The furniture was sturdy. Parking was no problem either. The host, Karen, was welcoming and messaged in to make sure we had everything we needed. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone:)

I was born and raised in Louisville, Ky! My husband and I moved to this neighborhood in 1997 and wouldn't live anywhere else in Louisville! We started hosting in 2017 as a side hustle and now have 8 homes in the neighborhood that we own and manage.
We love meeting our guests, hearing their travel stories, and telling them about all the great things to do and see and EAT in Louisville!

Brand new top floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with private parking pad in the back for guests! Hard to find!
Germantown is steeped in history and is known for it's local vibe. We enjoy walking to dinner or riding our golf cart around the neighborhood to local restaurants, shops, and events. The energy of the neighborhood is vibrant and active, always something going on but having your home as a hub can be relaxing after the day's events.

We know every nook of this house because we built it from scratch! We love the warmth of the natural light in this upstairs getaway! You can sit in the rocker/swivel chairs and look out the front windows while you drink your morning cup and read a book or surf the web.
Cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or just enjoy some coffee around the island with your loved ones.
Catch up on your sleep! We've added black out cellular blinds in the bedroom to help you get a restful night's sleep.
We've provided all the amenities to host the most comfortable stay when you are here.
The parking pad in the back adds to the ease of "always having a spot". All of our properties are monitored on the exterior of the home by cameras.
