Prestige et intimité dans un emplacement Premiere Island! Niché entre l'historique Wilmington, Caroline du Nord et Myrtle Beach, Caroline du Sud.

Le Islander Resort est situé à l'extrémité ouest exclusive d'Ocean Isle Beach et vous propose une villa de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain! Confort luxueux avec plafonds de 11 pieds et 1700 pieds carrés d'espace de vie spacieux.

La chambre principale abrite un lit king-size et sa salle de bain avec un bain à remous. Le maßtre a également un dressing et TV / DVD. La deuxiÚme chambre a un Cal-king et une salle de bain complÚte. Cette chambre dispose également d'un four micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une télévision / magnétoscope. Les deux autres chambres ont chacune deux lits doubles et salles de bain attenantes. Il y a aussi une TV / DVD dans chaque chambre. Des vidéos, des DVD, des livres et des jeux sont dans chaque chambre pour un moment de plaisir! Profitez de vues panoramiques et de promenades relaxantes le matin sur la plage à quelques pas!

Week at the Beach!

Condo was very nice, neat and extremely clean! We enjoyed the location- close to the beach! We, enjoyed sitting on porch every evening listening to the ocean. Our experience was wonderful! We definitely would love to stay here again for our 2025 vacation! Thank you Mary for such a wonderful place!

The owner was wonderful to work with and we found her condo to be well appointed and beautiful! The condo even pleased our teenage children, and that's not easy to do! The unit was a short walk to the pool and the beach.

Ended too soon

Our visit was perfect. First floor condo and easy access to the beach. The condo was beautiful and so clean. We felt at home. Our stay was not long enough. We will return again hopefully soon. Mary was fantastic to work with.

Family environment beach condo!

Mary has everything you need for your vacation with family! The place is so cozy with games to play at night. Great location close to the beach public access and to the pool! We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we needed a condo again. We some family members who could come this year. If you like bike rides bring your bike get location to ride bikes. Very clean with lots of extras! Did not have to bother Mary to much but anytime I did she responded right away! Awesome host!!

Great Location!

My family and I had a great experience renting from Mary. The condo was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us and the walk to the beach really was only 30 seconds. This was important to us since my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have a toddler. We also loved sitting on the back porch, facing the ocean. Mary was super friendly and easy to get in touch with. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even purchasing a high chair before we arrived. Also, when the dishwasher started having issues the day after we arrived, Mary went above and beyond to rectify the situation. No one was available to come maintenance it so she bought a brand new one and had it installed in less than two days. Five star experience all around: location, cleanliness, and service.

Great Place!

Mary was very responsive to any needs during our stay. The condo was way more spacious than expected. Every room was nicely decorated and extremely clean. It was such a short walk to the beach. In the past, I've had to walk further distances from places that were actual beach front. It was a wonderful place, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Mary.

Ocean Isle Excellence

The property was better than expected. It was very clean and was a very short walk to the beautiful ocean beach. Mary was available ..... and kept in touch ..... from pre-arrival to the final day, making herself available if we should need anything, which we didn’t. This is a beautiful area of the North Carolina shores. Thanks for a great vacation ..... best place we’ve stayed at since using vrbo. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-designed and lovingly decorated.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. Mary was great. We had an A/C issue on evening and Mary had a tech out at 10 pm to fix it. She told us she would not accept her renters to go a night without air conditioning

Steps away from the Beach

Loved the location of the condo. Beach access was close by and perfect for morning walks or runs. We enjoyed sitting on the rockers with our coffee looking out at the ocean.Mary was easy to work with and always helpful. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We rented beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes for the week which enhanced our stay.

Spring Break

After our property in Florida canceled on us two weeks before Spring Break, we scrambled to find a location t fit 3 families during this busy time! The place was clean, had room for everyone, and so close to the beach! Mary was super responsive, even bought the kids sand toys before we arrived. She really went above and beyond. We had great weather, great set up for making food, even grilled a night. So glad it worked out to stay in Ocean Isle!

Perfect Getaway!

What a joy to call Mary’s condo home for a week with family. Excellent layout for giving space for individual time as well as gathering together. Kitchen is extremely well supplied with needed dishes and flatware for a crowd, as well as cooking utensils and pots and pans. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck and view of the ocean. Thanks, Mary, for sharing your place! So sorry we missed when checkout time was supposed to be! We know now and hope you will share your delightful place again!

1 Jan St. A is a great place to stay will in OIB. Condo was welcoming with warm and bright rooms. Beautifully decorated. Beds were VERY comfortable. WIFI was easy to access. Great deck with rocking chairs and a sky chair to relax and enjoy the weather. Easy access to the beach. Highly recommend this property for a vacation. I look forward to my next trip there.

Home away from home for years....

Our family has rented this lovely condo for 8 + years and sadly had to give it up after moving to Arizona and finding the drive just too difficult. We rented for several weeks at a time and our children, their families and friends came and went as their busy lives permitted. It was wonderful with a houseful and wonderful when we were there quietly alone. The kitchen is better equipped for cooking than my own kitchen at home. We have rented many places up and down the coast and others on Ocean Isle but this has always been our favorite. Mary is very accommodating and so easy to work with. Even writing this makes me want to sit in a rocker on the porch with a cold beverage in my hand!

Best place we have rented

The location was outstanding. The beach entrance is across the street, the pool is one block down. The pool is good sized so people have room to swim and play. The condo was very well cared for and Mary was wonderful to work with. She really cares about the people being comfortable in their place and she does everything to make the stay all that it should be. We are a family that loves to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with gadgets. The other big plus is that the washer/dryer is full-sized so you can get by without packing a ton of clothes. We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate renting this same place again. It was a pleasure and thank you so much.

A wonderful week at the beach!!

WOW! What a fabulous experience our family had in Ocean Isle!! The condo was just beautiful, and so comfortable. We had everything we needed (except for a few extra days!). Mary was wonderful to work with and so helpful in planning our trip. Love this home! Have rent...

Love this home! Have rented for the last 2 years and our family is so sad to leave every time. The beach is right there and the pool is so close that the kids run back and forth between them. It's decorated beautifully, a real beachy feel. Can't wait to come back next year! Mary is sweet and was very helpful with all our activities. One week is not enough so we are coming back for 2. Great Place! Had everythi...

Great Place! Had everything and more. Felt like we were home because it was so comfortable, but had so much more than any other place we've stayed. Pool is breathtaking and the beach is so close ... it's just right outside your front door. Pictures on line, don't do it justice. Looks like something out of Coastal Homes when you first walk in. Wonderful time, coming back for 2 weeks next year. Mary is great to work with! Thanks for making our vacation memorable!

Hi we are Joe, Mary, Britt, Joey, Emma & Taylor. We are a young family, with most of our kids still in High School and 1 in College. We own our own Construction Company and rent a few properties back home in NY. We love being outdoors, especially by the ocean. We are a very sport oriented family,(soccer & lacrosse), so running on the beach is a treat for us.

We have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for 15 years and finally decided we would love to own a place on our favorite beach. We also might like to retire there some day. We love that it's nestled between 2 great cities, Myrtle Beach and Wilmington. You can go to Barefoot Landing in N. Myrtle and see Alligators and White Tigers and do some boardwalk shopping or go to Wilmington for some history and old time charm. You really can enjoy a great night out, but still enjoy the solitude of a quaint small town.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My absolute favorite is that when I step off my front porch, my feet will hit the sand in 30 seconds. It's so close to the beach and very convenient, just perfect for young families. We also decorated with a very natural beachy feel, not alot of clutter. We keep our place very clean and have our own cleaning lady spend alot of time doing detail work, (up to 5 hours before your arrival). We take alot of pride in our home with repairs and maintenance, so when you walk in, you feel like you have all the comforts of home and then some. I personally will do whatever I can to make your stay enjoyable. Many of my guests are return guests who have truly become good friends. It's a beautiful place to stay .... it's serenity by the sea... the only place I truly relax.
