Yassah was very generous as she let us stay in her home while she was out of province. The first month at regular rate. We had just sold our house, it sold very quickly so we were very happy she agreed to a contract under Vrbo to let us stay for 3000.00 a month until the end of May so we could find another home. She agreed to 75 extra for her garage for our storage. While we we moved the storage in the truck bumped the eavestrough and damaged it. We reported that to her neighbour who we were supposed to contact if we needed to report anything or needed help

Was a decent place for what we needed it for. The place was dirty!! Cobwebs in the corners & on the chandeliers. Filthy under the beds. The patio door need adjusting can barely open it. I understand the snow has just melted but the back yard was full of dog poop. We did like the fenced back yard for our dog. Needs some dish & face cloths. Had great playgrounds for the grand kids down the street. This place needs some TLC.

Will stay again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Beautiful 3 bedroom, in a new, safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by amazing walking paths and close to groceries store, shops and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again!

A great place to escape while renos were being done. Host sends check in information the morning of check in, as a Vrbo newbie I did reach out. Hot water went out Wednesday morning, the host replied right away, took about 4 hours to get it back after notifying.

The house was wonderful, we had 5 in their 70-88 and the dining furniture was difficult for the older ones to utilize as it was the modern higher stools. The deck was great as was the back yard. The area was very quiet and the house was easy to find. Highly recommend for a younger group

Fine stay

The property was clean and well-suited to our needs. We found the price very reasonable. A few essentials were missing, such as extra soap and toilet paper, as well as kitchen towels, but we didn't spend a lot of time there other than sleeping so we managed. Host was responsive and helpful when we had problems with the lock.

The home is new and nicely appointed! Mattresses and pillows and bedding were all comfortable. We had five adults in the house for three days and so the ONE bathroom is a bit inadequate for the number of people who can be housed there. Must have a car because this house is in a new suburb and not walkable to attractions or restaurants. But there is a service area nearby with grocery, pharmacy, fast food that is really handy if you have a car. Overall nice stay - and good value for the money. Thanks.

Lovely Home, Some Water Issues

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—really a great space to relax in. Unfortunately, we had issues with the water during our stay, including no hot water and it being turned off at one point. Communication with the owner was okay, though sometimes slow or unresponsive. Overall, we loved the home itself, but the water situation was a drawback.

Could have been a five star

Tha AC quit working the second day. I sent a message to landlord but didn’t get a response. We had no hot water the second evening. We called the landlord in the morning and they sent someone out within 20 min to reset the hot water tank. But we were all ready to leave before we got hot water. Had the AC and hot water not been an issue, this would have been 5 star all the way.

Had Some Issues…But Still Nice

This is the first time we have stayed at a rental that did not give us any check-in instructions before our check-in. It was very upsetting not knowing if we would actually have somewhere to stay after our drive to the city. Apparently, these instructions were held back as they were waiting for me to contact them, when in reality I had submitted 3 to 4 inquiries days before with no answer from them.Upon arrival into the home we were left with no toilet paper as described would be provided in the listing and a few dirty towels left in the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a load of dirty laundry left in the washer, which I washed for them so we could have hand towels to use.We also had concerns that people were coming in and out of a side door of the house/garage while we were there. It was quite an odd stay and we have never experienced anything like it before. On the other hand, the accommodations suited us just fine for what we required. We just had no hot water in the house for the last night and day of our stay, which was very disappointing since it was a chilly weekend and cold showers had to be taken.

This property should not be listed on VRBO. Dishwasher was full of dishes, bed sheets were NOT washed with soap, there was NO soap for dishes, no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, no paper towels, no dish towel or dish cloth. When we reached out to the owner she sent a guy with a rag for dish cloth and an old dishcloth! There is no cable or Netflix so basically no tv! When we told owner we wanted our money back she send two people to our door who identified themselves and the owner of cleaning company. They disclosed that the owner would not give them soap and asked to show us. We walked downstairs and they opened the doors to washer and dryer and pointed to the empty bag of tide pods (dollar store) and said it has been empty for weeks. I asked so what do your cleaners use to wash with and they stated “water”. Disgusting. The owner agreed to give us back and told us the cleaners didn’t show up. Not true. They showed up, removed garbage and made 2 of the 3 beds, cleared counters and loaded the dishwasher but were unable to clean due to not having cleaning supplies. Owner agreed to VRBO returning our money so we could find a hotel. Really too bad as the house is beautiful just not clean.

We paid our previous cleaners, and they lied to us, sending fake pictures that led us to believe the property was ready for your stay. After learning about the situation, we immediately reached out to them. They apologized and went back the next day to clean the property, but we have since hired a new, professional cleaning service to ensure this never happens again. We can assure you that we have cleaning supplies in the garage for our cleaners to use. We have a neighbor who confirmed the poor state of the house after the first cleaning attempt, and we have shared our conversations with you to show that the cleaners lied!and our ongoing efforts to resolve this issue. We understand your frustration and truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We would never want to host anyone without providing the best possible service, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could address it."

A friend and I stayed here for three nights with our kids for a little get away. The place was nice and roomy and had a fenced back yard for the kids to run around. The price was fair for the space given. The main usage areas of the house had been cleaned well prior to prior visit. That being said the house could use a deep clean in other areas such as baseboards, walls, under the beds. There was a previous guests flosser on the ground by the toilet and a bag or dog poop in the backyard that our kids unfortunately found. The patio table was filthy and missed but the cleaning crew or maybe not in their list of chores. The house was fairly humid and has a fair bit of moisture damage and warping of window trims and the flooring. Our kids were too scared to sleep in the basement because of the broken window and we were not comfortable using the bedroom in the basement given that there is another suite or bedroom area in the basement that is accessed from the side of the house and possibly from inside the house as there was a locked door in the basement we were not sure where it led to. We feel that if the rental has additional suites or is shared building that should be noted in the details of the booking. Was not a fan of hearing someone entering the house late one night when we were getting ready for bed. Was a bit of an unsettling stay on our last night.
