Direct Ocean - Boardwalk Condo - Marchez vers presque tout

Direct Ocean au coeur de Cocoa Beach. Marchez jusqu'aux restaurants, cafés, repas en plein air avec musique live et divertissement. Unité d'extrémité avec 30 pi. balcon au deuxiÚme niveau (5 pi hors sol)

** 3 miles au sud de Cocoa Beach Pier **

Ceci est une unité en bord de mer avec porte privée à la plage. Piscine à l'avant du bùtiment. Il y a deux places de parking. Vous pouvez choisir de vous garer sous terre ou au-dessus.

La salle à manger et le salon donnent sur l'océan et un balcon de 30 pieds équipé de siÚges. Le salon a un canapé-lit garçon paresseux bleu marine, un fauteuil inclinable en cuir blanc et une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces. La salle à manger a une table en verre avec 4 chaises et (2) tabourets de bar supplémentaires (2 chaises pliantes dans le placard). La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec de NOUVEAUX appareils et comprend une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Il y a deux chambres: la chambre principale a un lit king-size, un dressing, une télévision à écran plat et une vue directe sur l'océan. La salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne et les draps sont fournis. La chambre d'hÎtes a deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bain complÚte juste à cÎté, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat.

Les serviettes de plage et l'Ă©quipement de plage sont fournis.

The condo was clean and everything has been thought of! We flew in and didn’t have to worry about beach toys, towels, chairs. The beds and pillows were amazing!!! Location was key. Coconuts on the beach was our favorite. Thank you for so many memories our family made. We will be back.

The condo was in a wonderful location and next to the beach. So once you get there by car, you may not need to drive around much. The unit is beautiful and must have been remodeled in recent years. The Property was clean & cozy. My only disappointment was not having a clear view of the ocean due to overgrown shrubs but that’s not the owners fault and she said they’ve already complained but I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cocoa Beach. They were very easy to work with.

Great Location and Comfortable

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants and getting to the beach quickly. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. The owner was super responsive and we had a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location, Excellent Host

We enjoyed our four night visit. The location to the beach was awesome. We love that we didn’t have to pack up a car just to visit the beach; it was literally a two minute walk. While the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, the condo itself is older than we were expecting. Overall, the condo was clean. We had a small issue on the first day, but Marisa was incredibly quick to respond and focused on us enjoying our stay. Proximity to the beach and the host are a 10/10.

Let's start with the building is a bit unimpressive, BUT the condo is beyond spectacular, nicely decorated, very updated and in the premier heart of Cocoa Beach surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars and shops.The kitchen is immaculate and has everything you need to make a great meal. The beds are very comfortable and bedding comfortable. The AC is very cold and adjustable. The terrace is very private and has a great view of the beach. The underground garage area has toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for use. We will definitely rent again. Thank You for helping our family make some amazing memories.

Wonderful stay

The condo is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed! The view from the living room and primary bedroom was great. Plenty of space for a family. Walking to the beach took a few minutes from the condo - very convenient. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas if needed but we used what was provided from Marisa. Plenty of equipment. Location was great. We walked to some restaurants and other places was only a few minutes drive. I was able to communicate with Marisa easily. I would definitely stay here again.

Cocoa Beach is always a gem

Wonderful stay with a perfect ocean view and direct beach access. Fully stocked kitchen and had all the beach gear we needed to spend the days with our toes in the sand. Great location, we took a day trip to Kennedy Space Center. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Memorable family vacation.

Can't beat the location!

What we loved most about staying at this property was the location. We were able to walk to different coffee shops and restaurants. The beach outside the condo was safe and recommended by the lifeguards. Condo was comfortable, upgraded, and clean. The garage was nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Beach location

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.
