The unit is set up for easy, relaxed living, with a beautifully landscaped exterior and outdoor furniture for unwinding after a beach day. A patio or balcony and backyard give you extra space to spread out, and a private entrance means your stay feels fully your own from the moment you arrive.



Sleeping arrangements

The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers two twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests across the two rooms. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage with hangers are provided throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet round things out, and a dining table gives you a spot to sit down together.



Bathroom

The single bathroom comes stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water, along with everyday cleaning products to keep things fresh throughout your stay.



Staying connected & comfortable

High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay productive if needed, while a smart TV is on hand for downtime. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the season, and a washer and dryer mean you can pack light.

Each Sandpiper unit has an electronic keypad and separate entrance, and you will receive your code and instructions prior to check-in!

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
