The condo was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable the only suggestion I would have is to update the TVs and shower curtains other than that very nice place to stay!

The condominium is not as busy as the others where I stayed. We loved the location here and the condo! We look forward to returning!

702.......what a view

Our stay could not have been much better. Beach was great, the condo was great, the location was great. Our only negative was the icemaker did not work and a lot of noise came from the condo above. I would rate it absolutely marvelous...............we'll be back!

Family trip

The property is exactly like the listing. Check in was easy. We had a doorknob that was loose on the bathroom door, and a shower curtain issue. Within maybe an hour or so someone was there to fix both issues. The view was absolutely gorgeous from our balcony. The bed was VERY comfortable. This is always something I look for in reviews, so i wanted to mention it. We look forward to coming back again next summer, and would book here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Tidewater 702! Everything was clean and comfortable! Easy access to the beach and beautiful views! Umbrella and chairs available for rent. Host was quick to respond and nice to work with. We had other family in other rooms who enjoyed their stay as well! We will be back!

The condo had a noticeable musty/moldy odor throughout our stay. I’m not sure what the underlying issue is, but when we arrived—about four hours after the unit had reportedly been cleaned—the floors were still wet. This made me wonder if there may be a ventilation, humidity, or moisture problem in the unit.It’s clear that effort has been put into making the condo comfortable and welcoming, and there were aspects of the property we appreciated. However, the persistent smell significantly affected our impression of the space. It seems like there may be an underlying building or room issue that needs to be addressed, as a properly cleaned condo shouldn’t have such a strong musty odor.
