Cette fabuleuse maison Hilton Head est située à la quatrième rangée, juste en face du chemin de la plage. Vous vous sentirez comme si vous disposiez d'une plage privée, même au milieu de la foule estivale! Profitez d'une vue magnifique sur le lagon de 11 mile et la piscine privée entourée de palmiers tropicaux et de pins ombragés. Cette belle maison dispose de quatre chambres avec quatre salles de bain complètes attenantes. Une toute nouvelle literie a été ajoutée pour améliorer encore le confort de nos clients! Le salon comprend des planchers de bois franc, des plafonds voûtés, des puits de lumière et des volets de plantation. Au large du salon est une tanière avec des volets de la plantation canapé-lit queen, et une télévision à écran plat. La salle �� manger a des sièges pour huit. La grande terrasse privée comprend un gril à gaz Weber, ainsi que des tables pouvant accueillir 12 personnes. La chaleur de la piscine est disponible du 1er juin au 1er octobre moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

Family vacation

Second time coming to this particular house. We love this area and the acess to the bench. We have several littles and it makes getting to the beach easy. Unfortunately, as our grankids get bigger we are going to have to find a larger house with better sleeping quarters.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location and the interior was well maintained. The pool was nice but the outdoor furniture was in poor condition and some pieces were broken. There also was some “junk” laying around the pool such as broken skimmers, toys and completely burned candles.The kitchen needed some additional equipment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst vacation that we have been on. I have pictures of the absolute filth in this house. This was not the property we rented and the house was not cleaned nor was the property maintained. The air conditioning broke during our stay. The pool was filthy on top of the plaster wearing away to the point of almost being plain gray concrete. Palmetto Dunes contacted us 3 hours from SC to inform us we have been upgraded because the house we originally rented was having driveway work. Meanwhile we booked in May of 2021 our stay was October 1. Needless to say this was not an upgrade it was a downgrade and miserable. I will be posting all my pictures of the filth of this property. For the amount of money we paid I feel like you all should be a shamed and make this right for myself and my family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully appointed home. Very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Loved the pool and the easy beach access right across the street. We named the little alligator who visited our dock, Edgar. We think he was looking for a handout, but we abided by the law and did NOT feed him. It was really cool to see him on several days while fishing from the dock. Loved the seclusion and quietness of this property at the end of Mooring Buoy.

Nice location - not well maintained

The property is in a great location and was spacious enough for our entire family. I would give the cleaning crew a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 as floors were not properly swept and showers were not very clean. I would give the owner and the property management company a 2 out of 5 as the home was not at all well maintained. For example, the shower handles were broken in 2 of the showers, there were dents and holes in walls and doors that could easily have been repaired. Several tiles on the pool walls were broken allowing mold and mildew to grow in that area. and the pool pump and filter stopped working twice during our one-week stay. There were torn drapes in one bedroom and a shower curtain was being used for drapes in another. The lack of overall maintenance did not stop us from enjoying the beach and the island but it did ensure that we would not book a stay at this home again. We paid over $5,000 in rental, management, and VRBO fees and all the little maintenance issues around the house made us feel that we did not get full value for our money.
