Thank you for your Review but I have to say it is a really hard one to respond to in a polite manner but I will give it a try. You unfortunately picked one of the hottest weekend to have your Birthday party at my home. I told you that The HVAC system was not even 2 years old. You complained so much that you were sill having Hot Flashes from the birth of your baby. I did everything in my power to make you comfortable and happy during your stay including making a trip to purchase an oscillating fan. As many people that you had coming and going for your party with the doors opening, closing and being left open were also a factor in keeping the house cool. Just FYI when you pack a house full of folks on a heat wave weekend it would be almost impossible to keep the house COLD. You left the biggest mess any guest has ever left in my home, literally the back of an SUV load of trash on top of the large outdoor can full. I don't appreciate that you moved furniture and accessories all over my home and didn't even bother to return them to there proper room or place. You didn't like to communicate and did not follow instructions. The hot water heater had began to leak in the unfinished full basement that was not part of your rental. You were given the option to see if it would last through your stay or to be without HOT water for the morning after check in. You chose the latter and you were not even at the house the majority of the time when it was being replaced. Please don't return.
