Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the condo to be a great value and enjoyed its convenient location, easy beach access, covered parking, and proximity to local restaurants, shops, attractions, and the ice cream shop across the street. We also appreciate you bringing several concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize that aspects of the condo did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we're disappointed to hear the bathrooms were not cleaned to the standard we strive to provide. We will address this with our housekeeping team immediately. Thank you for this feedback and we will be sure to share this with the owners, we are so sorry you were not happy in this condo! We do have a category of condos in our program that carry a "premier" designation and those will carry recent updates throughout. We have a handful of those at the Villa Madeira and perhaps a different unit may be a better fit and we would be happy to help you with that should you return to our area. We again are sorry if you were not fully pleased with your stay in this unit and we will be sure to share this feedback with the owners.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the location but we are sorry you were not fully pleased with the rest. We have passed this over to the owners for their review and knowledge. We are sorry you didn't have all that you needed in the kitchen but thank you for calling us so that we could help with some items. As far as beach towels, that is one item that the owners are not required to provide as they are constantly missing and it became quite costly to keep restocking. We do state that on our website as well but are sorry that it was an inconvenience for you. The lock box we would like to have on the property as well, however, we have not been approved for that by the condo association so unfortunately that is not something we can change at this time. We hope the beaches outweighed the other items and that you enjoyed your time in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your arrival experience didn't meet your expectations. We apologize for the delay in check-in, especially if the unit appeared to be ready earlier, and we're disappointed to hear the cleanliness and bedding did not reflect our standards. Your comments regarding the floors, debris, and the sheets in the second bedroom will be shared with our housekeeping team so they can be addressed. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with the experience you expected.
