La cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e est magnifique et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. carrelage mousseux sur les planchers, les meubles modernes, d'un lit king size, lit queen et lits jumeaux dans la fosse ne sont que quelques-uns des avantages. Le grand balcon moustiquaire est l'endroit idĂ©al pour regarder le coucher du soleil de la Floride glorieuse. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins et d'autres activitĂ©s de plage. Un service Internet sans fil gratuit est disponible. VEUILLEZ NOTER: Ceci est une propriĂ©tĂ© non-fumeur Ă  l'exception d'une zone fumeur dĂ©signĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur.

La Villa Madeira est un bĂątiment en front de mer situĂ© en plein cƓur de la pittoresque plage de MadĂšre, une petite ville balnĂ©aire longue de 3 km environ. ComposĂ© de 50 unitĂ©s; toutes les unitĂ©s font face Ă  l'ouest, elles auront donc toutes une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique depuis leur balcon privĂ©. Le village de John’s Pass se trouve Ă  environ 1,5 km au sud, oĂč vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants, des activitĂ©s nautiques et des divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens Ă  Tampa est Ă  seulement 45 minutes en voiture, ou visitez les parcs Disney et toutes les autres attractions d'Orlando en seulement 2 heures. L'aquarium de Floride Ă  Tampa, l'aquarium de Clearwater (la maison de l'hiver, les dauphins), le casino Hard Rock, de magnifiques parcs d'État et des kilomĂštres de plages ne sont que quelques raisons de visiter nos plages du comtĂ© de Pinellas !!! My vacation

Old but reasonably clean. Lacks the small amenities. Great location and beach. Pool was not usable because of the hurricane wished more info was provided about the damage and reconstruction. Hopefully the entire area will get back to normal

The view is great! The unit is somewhat dated and lacks kitchen supplies. However the pool, once opened, was nice! Close to johns pass and Candy kitchen across the street was a bonus. Parking was limited as construction was still going on from the hurricanes damage. This was a last minute booking so we were limited on 3 bedroom availability. This 3rd bedroom was more of a small den. No closet. Probably wont rent this unit again because of that, its good if you have little kids. Not for 6 adults, however we made it work!

The condo was great. Wish there was an easier way to check in and out and elevator key thing very annoying but condo itself was very nice and no complaints there.

Fantastic beach condo!

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Relaxing vacation

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

The only issues we had were the description did not state that the pool was out and I did not read my email other listings had their pool as being out on the VRBO website, which is why I chose this one over those. It needs to be stated clearly that the pool is out. It was also inconvenient and hot in the elevator situation and we had been told by many, many locals as well as owners that they had been given the runaround on permits.

Property location is excellent. Convenient to restaurants, stores an John's pass. Condo itself could use a little TLC. A few minor plumbing an electrical issues Well equipped kitchen. Master bed very comfortable other rooms could use mattress upgrades.

Nice place

We enjoyed our time here once things were straightened out with cleaning service and check in time. Some things were missing, minor but still missed. Manager was helpful. The closet held many beach items; chairs, toys, etc. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. It would be helpful to have appliance info; we had difficulty with dishwasher initially then figured things out. Comfortable and nice.

Very nice apartment

Well stocked apartment. Air conditioner not working for the first three days, record temperatures for that time of year, which we did not realise as certainly do not need air conditioning in Scotland. Was remedied by the end of third day as we phoned Resort Rentals. Lovely views over the Gulf of Mexico. Third bedroom was very small with no closet so would not be ideal for adults but apart from that everything was lovely.

Beautiful Beach

The location and beach are amazing! The president of the association at the condo is a problem! He runs around giving orders and policing & harassing. This place could be much better without Mr. Smartt. Having to pick up keys and drop off keys a couple miles from the condo is also a problem unless you have a car rental. The condo itself was very nice and had everything you could need. Beautiful views, Sand toys, beach chairs and more!! Because of Mr. Smartt, we will not return to Villa Madeira!

Unit 505 was very clean, has a beautiful and well equipped kitchen, spacious master w large tiled shower and a good sized balcony. Storage closet off balcony had several beach chairs and an umbrella which is a great convenience. Good laundry area ( a bit dark -could use a light in it). For larger parties just be aware that the 3rd bedroom is very small w 2 twin beds and no closet. Would definitely stay here again.

We paid for a 3 bedroom unit.there was 3 couples. The one bedroom was a disaster. 8ft x9ft with 2 twin beds, no closet and no dresser..kind of hard for the couple living out of the other peoples closet and dresser. SHOULD NOT BE RENTED AS A 3 BEDROOM. i think some refund should be extended to me, if you expect me to rent from you again.

Home owner association President Ruined trip

The property was nice with a few exceptions The den and the spare bedroom had NO televisions in them and the beds themselves were awful, mattress and a piece of plywood does not a comfy vacation bed make The agent at Resort Rentals gave us incorrect information regarding the working of the televisions and the internet The president of the homeowners association harassed us the entire trip for everything we did from putting out beach towels on a chair and then walking g to the beach to having groceries delivered The elevator did. It work properly It was a nice condo and we had a nice vacation but have stayed in better places

Villa Madeira

The property was great. Right on the beach. There was some construction taking place but that was known ahead of time for hurricane recovery efforts. Our only issue with the property was that the dryer was not working properly. It was difficult to dry bath towels and small loads would gave to be run 4 or 5 times to complete drying. I emailed the property managers asking for assistance. I heard nothing back but the next day while.my 13 year old daughter was sleeping 2 men entered the house without our knowledgeand while the rest of my family was on the beach out back. I was upset by this and called the property managers office and spoke to a woman who apologized and was very nice . I am writing this merely as a a message to the property managers to make sure you have permission from the renters to enter in the future. My child was frightened by this experience and id like to ensure it doesnt happen again in the future to anyone else. It was an otherwise pleasant stay in a great area.

Beautiful beach & great location.

Nice three bedroom condo. It had a big new kitchen that was well stocked. The ice maker was broken & that was a real inconvenience. Beautiful beach & pool - great place for a family vacation.
