If you are looking for a true beach get away on the South end of Hilton Head this is the place for you. Amazing beach views from the living room and balcony and just steps from one of the best beach. Renovated with wood look tiled floors throughout, designer colors with a beach feel.

Open Floor Plan in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with walk-in shower, sleeps 4, full Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Pull out Sofa in Living Room with a barn door between the bedroom and living room for privacy.



The beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunsets. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull out sofa for additional 2 people.



Guests book and stay in the full condo.



Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.



This location on S. Forrest Beach Dr. is a short walk to Tiki Hut, Coligny Square, restaurants, and the new Celebration Park. Bike rentals available to hop on and ride on the beach or the 100+ miles of trails on Hilton Head Island. Close to Sea Pines entrance, golf and tennis.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Loved it!

Loved the nearness to the beach, the ability to sit on the balcony and watch the beach and the birds (including red-shouldered hawks, finches and painted buntings) and enjoyed the convenient walk to the beach and all the Coligny beach area activities.. a very pleasant stay and we plan on staying here again

Convenient, clean, and comfortable!

My wife and I were very pleased with this cozy, beachside villa. It was so lovely to sit on the balcony to watch the ocean. The short stroll to the beach was nicely private and, once on the beach, it was maybe a five minute walk to Coligny Plaza where there were plenty of dining and shopping options. The owner was communicative and clear. We’re already talking about staying here again!

Arrival was at 2 am only to find that the management company gave me the wrong gate code so I could not get in to park. I had to access after someone left at 3 am. I had told them I would be arriving late and assumed they would take extra care to make sure I had what I needed. The toilet was plugged before I arrived and I had to address it at 3 am. At 8 am I found the coffee pot was dirty and had to wash it. I then opened the balcony door to find a large ac unit taking up 1/3rd of the space and was very noisy. On day 3 the smoke detector started chirping every 30 seconds and had to be replaced after waiting hours for the inspector. The location was great and helped to appease my frustration.

Ocean Views & Perfect Location

This property's location is fantastic – definitely the highlight of our stay! Being right next to the ocean was incredible, and having shops and restaurants just steps away made everything so convenient. For able-bodied guests, it's very easy to walk everywhere. The unit itself is like a comfortable mini-apartment with one bedroom, a full bath, and a combined kitchen/living/dining area that suited our needs well. We appreciated that basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, TP) were provided. We also enjoyed having access to the pool. Communication with the host was easy. Highly recommend if you want a prime location

The condo is actually a very good position right on the beach with beach view not being straightforward put on an angle. Which is the only reason that I put it as a four star with the price is because going out on the balcony the other balconies are in view and sometimes people want to talk with you which is not exactly a bad thing but sometimes you want your privacy. Not much closet space to hang up clothes.For a one bedroom the bathroom is adequate for two people. Not sure it would be adequate for more. We did enjoy our stay.
