Not only is it a short stroll to Windansea Beach, it is a very pleasant walk 15 minutes into the Village of La Jolla.
Newly remodeled gorgeous beach loft just steps to Windansea Beach. This stunning apartment features all new appliances including an in-unit washer /dryer, recessed LED lighting, and dual zoned heating and AC . The property includes a private balcony with new railings privacy wall and a peek view of the ocean. Walk to local amenities including Valley Farms Market, several bars and restaurants, gyms and fitness studios, and world renowned Windansea Beach.

There is no designated parking only street parking.
This is a Non Smoking home. No smoking allowed.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 4. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

This home is pet friendly.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.
This home is part of a 6 unit apartment complex. You have shared common walls with the adjoining units. Each unit has their own private balcony area.
This home is located in a quiet apartment complex and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.
