Pictures and house exactly as pictured. Host had great communication as well as check in directions. Check out was really easy too. She just had a checklist at the house. All normal types of things. Thank you for a great stay!

A great property. Nice and clean and good value for the area. My only complaint was I wish I knew the pool ahead of time wasn’t heated as it was unusable for the time I was in town.

This house exceeded my expectations! It's exactly as shown, with stunning decor and furniture. Kitchen equipment is comprehensive, bed is lovely, and neighborhood is fantastic. Pool is gorgeous, and owner communication is super easy. One minor improvement: installing a washer and dryer would make it flawless.

Nice updated house. But the tenant situation is a little weird. You can see them everytime you enter/exit the house because they leave blinds open, and the kitchen and living room walls are shared. Could be better cleaned. Linens are not clean. We had a situation with dirty linens and a cleaning lady came (unannounced) to change them but those new sheets weren’t very clean either and there’s hairs on the box spring and under the headboard area looks like it’s not regularly cleaned. No washer/dryer. Noisy area, right against a main road, and not sure if the tenant or neighbors were loud or there was construction or what but there was constant banging during the day. It was good enough since we weren’t there much but if you’re planning to stay there the whole time, it could be better.

We had a wonderful stay and overall would rate this property 5 stars. The location was excellent, and the home was spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. Our family gathered here for a graduation celebration, and it was the perfect setting.We especially enjoyed the clean, refreshing pool, beautiful green landscaping, mature shade trees, and the many indoor and outdoor seating areas. The front yard was also very well maintained. The kitchen was nicely stocked, there was plenty of closet space, and the air conditioning worked great throughout our stay.We appreciated the abundance of towels, toiletries, and toilet paper provided. Communication with the hosts was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.A few minor suggestions for improvement: the master bedroom mattress felt somewhat unstable and wobbly, and we would have appreciated having trash bags available. We also found a dog chew toy in the backyard, which was unexpected. Additionally, we were not aware before arrival that there is a tenant in the garage area, and parking is limited to one designated driveway space, although street parking is available.Overall, these were small concerns compared to the many positives. Our family had a fantastic stay, created wonderful memories, and would happily recommend this property to others. Thank you for helping make our graduation gathering so special!
