We actually stayed Dec 23-25. Clean, was a safe location, not many amenities but that was fine for us.

Very clean, easy access and easy walk to shops and food. Easy walk to subway access, and a quick Uber to anywhere else. Ready to ebjoy another New York trip in our future!!!

What you see is what you get. That's always nice. I did suggest they get a working coffee pot as I enjoy my coffee in the morning. :) Good news, is you can buy a cup right downstairs. Additionally, they had added features like water in the fridge for you, and those little soaps & shampoo's.. and Qtips! That was a treat! :) AND comfy beds! :)

Great apartment in a perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed. Well decorated. The best thing is the location- less than 5 mins from Grand Central. 20 mins to the Rockefeller or a Liitle more to the park.

Perfect for a family

Apartment was perfect for what we needed in New York City. It was a really nice neighborhood with some cute coffee shops, and restaurants. We felt very safe letting our teenagers walk around a little bit on their own. Grand Central terminal was only a few blocks away and it wasn’t a super long walk to Times Square. The space is a little bit worn, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed, and really appreciate that we didn’t have to go buy toilet paper and things like that. I would definitely consider staying there again and would recommend to others.

sweet, budget friendly spot

The apartment was clean (yes, it's an older building with an older bathroom) and the beds were comfy. Amenities are minimal but we had everything we needed. We comfortably slept 4 adults (2 couples). If you're looking for an easy crash pad but plan to be out in the city most of the time this works.

Well worn since the photos

The property is as depicted, only like 500 stays later. Peeling paint, moldy bathroom, water-swollen cabinets that can’t close, beds that sleep like hammocks, etc. The usual just-paint-over-it approach to maintenance abounds, including over switches, blinds, tile, and door handles. Hosts took several days to respond to basic requests like towels.

Shower Did Not Work!!!

Everything was great except the shower did not work. We were able to turn the know and make it drip from the shower head, but there was no pressure what-so-ever, so we could not use it. Had to take "sink showers" for 3 days. We did not see anyone to ask about fixing it.
