Unwind in your private en suite dry sauna or soak in the jacuzzi tub. The open-concept layout is perfect for gathering, while the fully stocked kitchen makes home-cooked meals a breeze. At night, settle into new mattresses with soft, fresh linens for a restful sleep.

The townhouse is 1700 sq ft and is located within a 2-minute walk to the Village it boasts beautiful views of the golf course and the Blue Mountains and offers plenty of space for relaxation including a private en suite dry sauna. Centrally located with all the adventure of the Blue Mountains right outside, this is the perfect home for anyone looking to experience all that the area has to offer. Mountains, beaches, and plenty of outdoor activities await visitors to this southern Canadian town on the shores of Georgian Bay. On the banks of Canada’s Georgian Bay is the town of Blue Mountains, a popular destination for lovers of outdoor pursuits and breathtaking scenery. It is where you can take part in winter sports at superb mountain resorts, relax on golden sand beaches, play watersports, and explore picturesque coastal trails. The town is comprised of several small communities surrounded by green fields and rugged mountain terrain. One of the town’s most popular destinations is the Blue Mountain Ski Resort. Find ski runs suitable for all levels of skiers and go ice skating, snowshoeing, and tobogganing. In the summer months, enjoy zip-line tours, cable car rides, golfing, and mountain biking. Shop, dine, and sample après-ski entertainment at the Blue Mountain Village. Discover more snow and mountain-based activities at the Alpine Ski Club and Craigleith Ski Club. Blue Mountains incorporates a glorious stretch of coastline on the southern shores of Georgian Bay. We are located across the street from the Village of the Blue Mountains, a 2-minute walk.
House Rules, Rates and Policies:

Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay; 3-night minimum for holiday long weekends

Age Requirement: All guests must be over the age of 25 (excluding families)
Check-in Time 4:00 pm
Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
Please do not wear your shoes, or boots inside the townhouse.

No Smoking: No smoking inside the townhouse you and your guests may smoke on the outdoor balconies please dispose of cigarettes/cigars buts properly (do not throw them off the balcony).
Do not tamper with, remove, or disconnect any of the smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, exit signs, or emergency lights. They are installed for your safety, tampering with any of the fire safety equipment will result in a charge of $500.00 against your security deposit, and it is illegal.
Ensure the townhouse is locked whenever you and your guest leave throughout your stay. We will not be liable for any guests lost or stolen items, you will be responsible for any damage/theft in the townhouse.
Do not pour water on the rocks of the dry Sauna, This is a Dry sauna and water may cause damage, or shock injury to you.


Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Therefore, you will be asked to complete our independent verification process. Before booking begins, you must verify your details with us via email and/or text. You will also have the option to pay a refundable deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend the damage waiver as it protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay.

Noise By-Law: Renters and their guests must not disturb neighbors or interfere with their enjoyment of their properties or the public realm at any time. Failure to comply with the Noise By-law may result in notification of the Ontario Provincial Police, who may issue a Notice of Offence with a fine of $615.00 for a first offense.

We stayed at the Wintergreen Condos in The Blue Mountains as a family of five along with my father-in-law, and it was perfect for our group. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the open layout, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax after a day out. Being walking distance to the village was a huge plus easy access to shops, dining, and activities without needing the car. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here over March Break with a group of 8, and while the location is hard to beat, the overall experience didn’t come close to justifying the price.Pros:The unit is spacious and works well for a larger group. The location is excellent — very close to the village and ski hills, which made getting around easy.Cons:The cleanliness was below expectations — it felt like only a quick surface clean had been done. There is also noticeable wear and tear throughout, and the unit feels like a high-turnover rental rather than a well-maintained property.The biggest issue, though, was the fire alarm repeatedly going off during our stay. This was extremely disruptive, especially with kids, and made it hard to relax. We tried contacting the rental company multiple times by phone and email, but received no response and no support. That level of service is unacceptable.For the premium March Break pricing, we expected a much higher standard across the board. The value simply isn’t there.
