The “Coastal Palm” is a beautiful newly renovated 4BR/2BA house located in the heart of Palm Harbor, FL. Our property features a screened-in pool, heated spa, dedicated workstation, fully equipped kitchen, game room, laundry room, and great living and dining areas with multiple TVs. We are situated in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from the gorgeous award-winning Florida beaches and conveniently located close to many delicious dining options, great shops, stores and local breweries!

Our beautiful property is managed and operated by the owners… (that’s us!). We strive to make your stay special and memorable by providing outstanding service that management companies just can’t beat!

1. House Rules:

• Absolutely NO SMOKING INDOORS! This includes vaping and e‑cigarettes.
• No parties.
• No glass or food to be used by the pool area.
• No diving, running, or rough play around the pool. Swim at your own risk!
• Guests do not have access to the pool pump and settings system.
• Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM. Our property is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood and we would like to respect our neighbors.
• Use the AC unit in the Game Room with the exterior doors closed at all times and turn off after use.
• This property sleeps a maximum of 10 people. Each additional guest not listed on the reservation will be subject to a fee.
• The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guest's use of the property's amenities.
• We welcome up to two (2) dogs under 25 lbs. in our property. The dogs must be housebroken and fully potty trained. We charge a flat $120 per stay. No cats, please!

2. Florida Weather:
We are not responsible for FL weather changes, any acts of God or delays leading up to or during your stay. Our cancellation policy stands at all times. Please purchase travel insurance.

3. Bugs and Critters:
Please be aware that this is Florida! Leaving doors and windows open may result in bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, frogs and/or cockroaches entering the house. We do have a monthly pest service in place! However, we do not give a refund for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property.

4. Pool and Spa:
Heated Spa/Hot Tub fits 8 people. Please note that the pool is not heated.
