Condo coin sud dans un emplacement privilégié sur la rue Pete Beach à proximité de tous les restaurants, boutiques et activités que la plage a toujours à offrir! Décor traditionnel et mobilier confortable, cuisine mise à jour et entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse sur place, balcon privé donnant sur le golfe du Mexique pour regarder tous nos couchers de soleil célèbres…. The place was great! We had everything we needed, the pool was great, access to the beach was easy, parking was never a problem. The only issue we had was cleanliness. The floor was very dirty and gritty, and it didn’t look like under the beds had ever been swept. The kitchen towels were also stained and very unappealing. In spite of this, I would still stay here again.

The condo is a great location, with views directly on to the beach. It’s walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. The furnishings are adequate. The bathrooms are somewhat dated and could do with an upgrade but it was clean.

Location is fantastic!!! Close to restaurants and right on the beach however the unit is really dated. The bathrooms are from the 80s, the showerhead barely trickles out. The bed pillows are in need of updating, master closet door is broken and the couch is dirty. For the money there are definitely better units available in the building.

All was in great condition but for the toilet in the second bathroom. It wouldnt flush without plunging. We decided to mention it in the review rather than call maintenance.Otherwise we loved it.

The condo needs updating!!!I don’t believe it has been updated since the 80’s.That condo is not as clean as it should be if the guest are paying a fee of over 300 for a cleaning fee. The other couple that stayed with us took pictures of cabnets falling apart, long black hairs in the bathroom, the shower curtain in the main bathroom kept blowing up against the couple that used it when they were showering and the curtain was gross!!! I guess when the air conditioner kicked on is when it would blow up against them! That’s not even the worse thing…..as we were setting at the dining room table one of the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen came crawling in front of us and before we could kill it the thing crawled under the couch. We moved the couch but it wasn’t under there so my thoughts are it went in the couch!! We will never stay there again!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This rental was perfect for our needs for a short weekend getaway. The beach was beautiful with clear waters, soft sand and a gentle breeze. Not overly crowded like many Florida beaches and a short walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Just what we needed for being at the beach!

The property had a lot of beach supplies/toys, which was great for us since we have two kids and were flying in for the week. There's floaties, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and coolers that we used every day at the pool and beach. It was great!
