NETTOYER; joliment décoré; condo. avec un balcon couvert de 400 pieds carrés; bénéficiant d'une vue sur l'océan, la baie et l'horizon; vous ne voudrez pas quitter ce balcon !!!

La piscine extérieure se trouve dans la baie sur notre propre péninsule herbeuse privée et fournit un pool house avec salles de bains et un espace barbecue avec un barbecue Weber pour votre usage. Il y a des tables et des chaises si vous choisissez de dîner en plein air et des chaises longues pour vous détendre au bord de la piscine.

La piscine intérieure, qui procure du plaisir toute l’année et les jours d’été pluvieux, est joliment aménagée avec un sol en céramique, des peintures murales, de nombreux sièges, 2 balcons et est située au premier étage.

Cuisine - Vous aimerez le plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande cuisine design avec un bar pouvant accueillir quatre personnes et une table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière vitrocéramique, un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, un four micro-ondes encastré, un four grille-pain, un mixeur, un mixeur et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer des repas agréables pour votre famille.

Salon - Le salon a un canapé-lit queen-size, une causeuse, 2 chaises, une cheminée, un télescope, une télévision avec DVD et câble, une bibliothèque avec des livres et des tables de stockage contenant des jeux, des cartes, des magazines et des coupons. pour les attractions locales. Il y a des peintures murales peintes à la main dans tout l'établissement.

Everything was great. Location was perfect. Read the description and agreement. You have to bring your own linens (sheets, pillow covers, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, hand towels, etc!) loved the balcony to sit on and drink coffee in the morning. I’d recommend staying at this rental!

Great location

This property is a great location for views and amenities offering indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance to the well known Seacrets as well as the convention center if you are on vacation for an event. I look forward to our stay here every year.

Beach stay

Location was great. The inside and outside pools were nice. We had a problem with two of the tvs and the couple pans that we had to wash before using. The owner sends a lot of paperwork make sure you read all of it.

Great Place!!

Stayed at this Bella Vista until for 3 nights in August 2023. The location was great...close to Seacrets for those that wanted adult fun and Dumster's and mini golf for the younger ones. Short walk to the beach. View of the bay is beautiful and can see the ocean too. Layout of the unit was roomy and 3 bathrooms, all with nice size vanities, was big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, with wonderrful views!

This condo was great! With 3 bathrooms every group had their own space. The bunk room was terrific. It allowed the adults their own sleeping space and the kids could enjoy themselves in their own room. Sunsets were great. Wonderful trip.

This was our third Labor Day weekend at this property. Had a fantastic time with the family. Location is fantastic. Sat out on the large deck and enjoyed looking at the bay and the town. Made use out of both indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to the beach. Perfect weekend!

Everything you could want or need

Location is great and the property has excellent amenities. Our kids loved both pools, the condo is very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and the spaces are well utilized. Our family reads a lot, and we were delighted to find so many lamps- many rental spaces have none. The balconies are great- lovely comfortable furniture and such nice views. Couldn't have asked for a better beach vacation spot for a family.

We were looking for a location that could accommodate my wife, our two daughters, and their children. This location met our needs perfectly. It was a short walk from the beach. There was plenty of space. We used the kitchen to cook some of our meals and were all able to sit together. My wife and I had a room to ourselves and each daughter had a room with their children. The best part about this location is probably the wrapped balcony/patio. You can see the ocean from one side, and the bay from the other side. This is definitely a place we would like to stay again in the future.

Amazing time!

This location is perfect. The ocean is beautiful of course but the bay view and location is where it's at. The picture of the balcony view just does not do it justice. And the condo itself is also great. It was a group of 8 of us and it was spacious and comfortable. We don't know when we'll be back but we immediately said we would choose this condo again in the future!

OCMD 2023

I was very happy with the property. It's a great location, we parked our cars and didn't use them the rest of the week. Can't beat using the bus. It was a short walk to the beach. We had fantastic views from the balcony, loved sitting out there with the furniture provided. The new flooring was beautiful in the main living area. Everything was clean when we got there. The pool out by the bay was great too. Having a bathroom there instead of having to go back to the condo every time was convenient too. Would stay at this condo again.

Beautiful Place with Some Problems!

We all had a great time in Ocean City. It was much too short! The condo had everything we needed and is in a great location not far from the beach. Our criticism was that the cable TV was scrambled many times, the wi-fi was extremely weak, the dishes were dirty and had to be washed before we used them, and we had to go out and buy a large fry pan for scrambled eggs; the existing two large fry pans were so scraped as to be unusable. Also after, booking and paying for the rental, we were told that we had to leave $125 for the maid.

Dear Lorrie, I am very happy that your group had a great time in Ocean City. I try very hard to provide an enjoyable getaway to all of my guests. I wish you would have called me about the cable and internet, as I would have had it fixed immediately. The moment I read your review I hired a service to install a new cable box and modem. Whew, I'm glad that is fixed! You were the first to mention any problems. Every year I purchase new cookware, as I did this spring. I am sorry if the pans were scratched. This seems to happen much too quickly, which is why I provide only nylon cooking utensils. Unfortunately, some folks still manage to scratch the surface. New frying pans have been added to the kitchen. The cleaning lady thought the old ones were fine and asked if she could have them. Sure, I said, win, win! I have instructed her to check on the condition of the pans each week. As per our previous discussion, the payment instruction pertaining to the cleaning lady are on the rental agreement that every guest e-signs before reserving or making a payment on a rental home. The website reminds every guest to read the agreement in full before making a payment and reminds each guest that making a payment is your e-signature on the rental agreement. Once again, I am very sorry that you missed it. I handle the cleaning this way because otherwise guests would pay fees and taxes on the cleaning costs, resulting in about 20% or $25.00 more per stay. Thank you kindly for choosing my home for your vacation, I hope you made wonderful lasting memories. If you return, I will try my very best to make everything just perfect. My husband Jeff and I have been married for over 30 years and we actually spent our honeymoon in Ocean City Maryland!
We currently live in Hershey PA, where we spent the past fourteen years together raising our five children; two boys age 27 and 23; and a set of triplets, 2 boys and a girl age 21. Prior to living in Hershey we resided in Smithsburg, Maryland for ten years but we are both originally from Pennsylvania. Our children are all still graduate students or undergrads except for our oldest who is married. Life is very busy with both of us working and visiting the kids at school but we could not be more blessed!

We had been looking for a vacation home for four years but could never find something that really jumped out at us. We would go from the Jersey shores to Maryland looking for something that we 'just had to have' weighing all the options such as; beachfront, bayside, downtown, midtown, with a pool, without a pool, highrise, new construction..... Truly we drove ourselves and the realtor half crazy before we could decide......Until we found this!
Well, we feel (and we think that you will agree) that we found ourselves a SLAM DUNK! This place has it all. We love: the floor plan; the location (walk to restaurants, the beach & Seacrets); the balcony (I wanted the whole family to be able to be out together all at the same time); the views (the bay, the ocean, the skyline); having both an indoor & outdoor pool; and our private little bay beach (we love walking out into the bay and digging for clams). All of this coupled with the long family history with Ocean City

Ocean City hosts a St. Patricks Day parade each year which passes in front of our condo. and ends with a huge celebration held in the lot beside us. We are told it is a fun time for all - Irish or not.
