The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a gulf front swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals. This 3rd floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with 2 pullout sofas and comfortable recliner, dining area, one bedroom with 1 King bed, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. A link to purchase parking space(s) will be sent prior to arrival. 2 vehicles allowed max per stay. - Reusable wristbands will be left in the unit upon arrival. These must be worn while on-site. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. - No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. - Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
