We are a brand-new listing! New remodel! Bright, airy, and sparkling clean! My goal is to provide a cozy home away from home for guests. Lake County is home to 7 of the 11 lakes for best bass fishing, The home is located on a large canal off of Lake Dora. Features include firepit, outdoor bar, boat access, boat dock, fishing dock and fenced in backyard. Mount Dora, a top Florida tourist town is 7 miles away with many events, shops and restaurants. Disney/Universal are an hour away, and The Villages are 25 minutes away!

The place was definitely very charming and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to our communications and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this to others! And would definitely come back! I just wish that perhaps they had a canoe or something that we could go explore the waters.

The property was a great weekend boating getaway with the family! Boat ramp was convenient, as was walking out the back door of the house to hop on the boat every morning. Tavares/Leesburg/Eustis/Mt. Dora are charming little towns to spend a few days in. Harris chain of lakes is gigantic so plenty to explore on the water too.

If what you are looking for is a quiet place to bring your boat and enjoy the Harris chain of Lakes, including Lake Dora, this place is great. The location and the dock makes it easy to keep your boat safe. It is very clean and comfortable for a small group. The host is very attentive and easy to reach. I recommend it.

Exactly what we were looking for

We enjoyed our stay. Boat ramp was just minutes from the house. Great out door sitting area by the dock. Publix was just minutes away. Enough parking for truck and trailer, covered boat slip. Everything we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again.

Beutiful Home and Experience

The home was gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed the beutiful dock overlooking the inlet and lake so much. The host communicated everything, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I very highly recommend.

Awesome Waterfront Getaway

We fell in love with this place! Clean with comfy bed inside, nice modern bathroom, outdoor space was the best - had sunny dock seating area, firepit, swing, and a cute little bar area with tv mini fridge and ice maker and covered seating area. We will be back!

Above and Beyond

Fabulous little lake house on a nice inlet of Lake Dora. We saw more wildlife from our included Boat Lift/Dock/Tiki Bar than we saw touring all the lakes and canals combined. Relaxing at the provided firepit with steaks freshly seared on the gas and/or electric grills was a relaxation bonanza. Master bed was a soft and snuggly king. Shower was invigoration, with produts provided, and big enough for two to share. Laundry room was modern and efficient. Kitchen was well-stocked, as was everything else about this excellent VRBO. Neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were friendly. The host seemed like someone you would want to invite over for a visit. We will be returning in 2 weeks, and again in the future, many times I suspect.I can't recommend this property highly enough as a couple with a boat's getaway, although it could easily sleep more.
