Mettez-vous à l'aise dans ce 2e condo étage avec une belle vue sur la piscine et le golfe du Mexique dans la distance. Récemment rénové un condo d'une chambre avec 2 lits doubles dans la chambre. L'endroit idéal pour avoir une maison loin de la maison. L'escapade parfaite! 10% de réduction pour les séjours de 28 jours ou plus!

Ce condo est juste en face de l'accès à la plage publique et est à distance de marche d'une variété de restaurants et de boutiques. Il y a une grande piscine chauffée, isolée de la rue par la vie privée des clôtures. Il y a des chaises longues pour bronzer, et une cabane de tiki pour se détendre à l'ombre. Un BBQ Grill et Shuffleboard est fourni pour votre usage, et il y a une laverie automatique sur place. *** S'il vous plaît noter: Parking pour cet appareil est limité à un seul véhicule. Madeira Beach est situé juste à l'ouest de St. Pétersbourg et a 2, 5 miles de plages magnifiques et mousseux eaux du golfe du Mexique. La légende raconte qu'un pirate nommé John Levique fut le premier Européen à régler la zone Madeira Beach. Il est surtout connu pour la promenade de 1100 pieds le long de l'Intracoastal nommé Pass Village et Boardwalk John.

Pass John est une collection de boutiques et de restaurants dans un cadre de vieux village de pêcheurs de style. Ici vous pouvez passer le temps à regarder les pélicans plongent pour les poissons, regarder les dauphins nager et jouer, magasin jusqu'à ce que votre contenu de coeurs, ou simplement vous détendre et profiter de toute la nourriture incroyable et buvez! La pêche est l'activité sportive primaire, mais vous pouvez également louer un jet ski, faire une croisière pirate ou aller sur une croisière coucher de soleil de dauphin. Excellent location and accommodations

Close to good restaurants and next to beach easy walk and the bus is only $2.50 per day to get around 😊

It was what we neeed for a weekend away

The property was fitting for staying the weekend. Beach access was right down the street, withing walking distance, and the property contacts were available to fulfill our request.

Great place by the beach!

Mom’s trip

Stayed in unit 15 and the condo was very clean and mostly updated. Did not have any issues while we were there and check in and check out was super easy. Pool area was very nice and also clean and we had a small view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend this property and stay there again myself with a small group. Also want to mention location is great because a lot of things to do and places to see are only 15-20 minutes or less any direction you go.

Overall stay was pleasant. W The room quality was high and the amenities were great. The other guests were respectful of our space as we were theirs. We greatly appreciated the use of the beach stuff in the closet. The location of the unit was amazing for us being next to the beach and within proximity of food and needs. We have visited FL many

We have visited FL many times, however this is our first time renting a condo. It was a perfect vacation. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and had everything we needed. The onsite Manager Bill was fantastic!!! Too bad we have to wait until the first of the year for my husband to sign for vacation for next year or we would be booking next yrs trip already!! We will definitely be back! Thanks Bill for all your help the trip was perfect!!!

Staycation

We needed a short staycation to get out of our house. I found Tropic Breeze #15 online and the price was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Location was perfect as you walked for maybe 2 minutes to get to the beach; cross walk was up the street just a bit! The pool area was super clean as well. We went during the pandemic, so there weren't many visitors and we had the pool to ourselves. The whole property was very well maintained! Restaurants and a cute candy store are within walking distance. It's on a major road, so you'll hear emergency vehicles/traffic, but honestly, this place is worth it. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location

Convenient location to the beach and our favorite places to eat and visit. The condo has everything needed to stay comfortably with a small family. Clean overall. Room 15 is pleasantly decorated. The pool is beautiful but when I took my son and grandson down to swim, one of the permanent residents (?) made sure I knew that she didn’t like guests or kids, even though my two were not misbehaving or bothering her. She snapped at my 2 year old grandson when he tried to speak to her! He’s 2 - he talks to everybody! We didn’t use the pool again which was one of the main reasons we chose Tropic Breeze. The only other thing I would say is that while the rooms are non-smoking, everywhere else is fair game. So we couldn’t sit on the balcony because of this and coming and going to the room we had to walk through people’s smoke. Even the pool area was had ashtrays and people smoking. Other than the one lady, everyone else was super nice.

Spring break with my daughters

VERY minimal. 1 role of toilet paper, no dish soap and 2 super small bar soaps. I asked for an extra role of toilet paper and was told "no" so I had to get a package. There were absolutely no amenities at all and it felt like a very low class place in a shabby area.

Hi Mira thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you can acknowledge since you booked a private condo and not a hotel. You also signed a confirmation acknowledging that we only supply a starter supply of amenities and it is up to you to supply them for the rest for your stay. You also get a reminder email prior to arrival and your check in instructions also state that. We are glad the unit was clean and you enjoyed your stay at the beach since the only thing mentioned was a lack of toilet paper and dish soap. Maybe you would prefer a hotel but a lot of our guests prefer the privacy of an individually owned condo.

Perfect beach getaway

This cute old Florida style place was just what we needed for a short beach trip. Beach access across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and quiet. The unit was small but perfect for us three ladies.

Great experience and wonderful people!

Me and my friends had a wonderful experience at this location. They gave under 21 students on spring break a chance and we were more than grateful for that. We had a problem with he shower draining when we got there, but when I called, they came and helped us right away and were super nice and helpful. The other tenets that were there were super nice and welcoming of me and my friends for our spring break. The seemed happy to have us there and that made our stay even better.

Worth the $

This was a cute comfortable place for my daughter and I. Was a great location, close to everything and across the street from the beach. The gas station made it easy to get coffee in the am after my walk and was not a problem as some people mentioned. My only suggestion is to get a Keurig but that is just my personal preference. Also, change out the mattress in the pull-out - there was a stain on it so we closed it back up.
