This is an absolutely lovely property. Fabulous view and very dog friendly. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. First day was perfect and second as 50 mi/hr wind and totally socked in by fog! Welcome to springtime in Florida! Would definitely return though!

Great View

Had a fun staycation with family and enjoyed having an ocean view from all the rooms. Plus a great sunset over the river on the other side! Beds were very comfortable and the place had all the necessities. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, groceries, and a quick drive over to downtown St. Augustine.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the entire process, from arrival to check-out, was seamless and stress-free.The home itself was beautiful, with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking beach view. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean was unforgettable, and we loved spending time on the decks taking it all in.Beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. It was just a short, easy walk, making it simple to go back and forth throughout the day without any hassle. Whether we were enjoying sunrise from the ocean side deck, spending the afternoon in the sand, or watching the sunset with the 250th celebration fireworks on the front balcony/deck the location was perfect.This home truly provided the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable beach vacation with stunning views and unbeatable beach access!

The property itself was beautiful, clean, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, our first night was overshadowed by a bug problem. We killed around 30 bugs, including some in the bed and on both levels of the house. After contacting management, a manager came out quickly, laid traps, and was very friendly and helpful. However, we were left with the impression we would receive some compensation for the issue, but we never did. Also, the upstairs stayed much warmer than the rest of the house at night. Despite these issues, the property itself was very nice, but the lack of follow-through after the bug problem was disappointing. After first night rest of stay was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves!

Amazing property, amazing location

This is a gorgeous new home right on the sand on Vilano Beach. You will be just 5 min from Publix and a few minutes more from downtown St Augustine. The location couldn’t be better. The house is spacious and light, with modern fixtures and a solid feel. You’ll feel right at home!The owner is extremely responsive and is happy to answer questions you may have. Check in and out is a breeze. 10/10 on everything!

Amazing!

This property did not disappoint! Views for days, location, private, and comfortable! We could not have stayed at a better place! My only suggestion would be to provide a broom for quick sweeps and a squeegee for the windows. The provided vacuum did very well for the main areas, but difficult for stairs. The window views can get hazy, so it would be nice to have something to clean them with. We WILL be returning!
